The upper terrace is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing with a book on the sun loungers, or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset while taking in the views. The home is spread across three levels. On the second floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a sofa, TV, and DVD player, along with a dining area and cheerful kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and everything needed to cook your favorite dishes. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and an en-suite shower, and the second with a double bed and an en-suite hydromassage shower. The space is air-conditioned for comfort. The top floor offers a second kitchen (with a fridge, sink, and cutlery) and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and board.
