Majestic house, with private pool and accommodation for 10 people, in Urbanización Monterrey, Palma de Gandia.
The exteriors are simple but magnificent, since the private chlorine pool is surrounded by 4 sun loungers to sunbathe accompanied of incomparable mountain views and the green fields. The pool sizes 10 x 3 m and has a depth of 1.3 to 1.8 m. A porch and a terrace invite you to enjoy delicious barbecues.

It is a four-storey house. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen-dining room equipped with gas hob and a dining table and a shower bathroom as well. On the first floor, there is a wide living room where to watch TV-SAT, listen to music or read, among others, next to the chimney in the colder months. There is also a bathroom with shower and the laundry provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the 2nd floor, there are three dormitories. The first one has double bed, cot/high chair and an en-suite bathroom with sauna. After three steps, there is a bathroom with bathtub too and two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with two single beds. All the dormitories have wardrobe and air-conditioning. There is gas central heating and a radiator.

The location is perfect if you are lovers of quiet urbanisations. The Monterrey urbanisation, belonging to Palma de Gandia, is located between this one and Real de Gandia, for which reason you will have all the possible options in terms of services like bars, restaurants, supermarket and visits to the historic center of both villages. The closest beach is Playa de Gandia at 11.4 km and the nearest golf course is in Gandia at 9.4 km.

Séjour très agréable
Vaste maison très bien décorée, vue magnifique, trois terrasses. A flanc de colline, 146 marches. Sport quotidien, avec la piscine très bien et la table de ping pong dans le garage. 2 places de pkg ombragées. Clim dans les chambres, un peu bruyante. Micro ondes defectueux.

El alojamiento no reúne las condiciones para que se ponga en alquiler, es necesario mejorar muchas cosas. Los dos salones y la cocina no tienen aire acondicionado, algunas puertas y ventanas no tienen persianas o contraventanas, las zonas de terraza junto con el mobiliario está en pésimas condiciones, con lluvia o humedad salta el diferencial del cuadro eléctrico, no hay ningún tipo de mantenimiento exterior o interior.
