• Pool/Spa Heating: Pool and spa heating is not included and can be added to your stay for an additional fee of $75 per night. Fee may vary based on time of year and length of stay. Please inquire before arrival.
• Water Heater: Please note that this home has a tankless water heater and while this system promotes energy efficiency, the heating is isolated to specific areas at a time and may require guests to take turns when using hot water for showers to ensure everyone has access to warm water during the stay.
• No Amplified Music/Noise: Sorry, the city of Palm Springs has a citywide noise ordinance where no amplified music or excessive noise may be heard outside, otherwise a citation may be delivered directly to the residence during your stay. The property includes a noise monitoring system in order to ensure noise limits are respected. This is not a recording device, and there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the pool nor interior of the house.
• No Pets: We love furry friends, but this property is not pet friendly. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged. Service animals are welcome with corresponding documentation.
• No Smoking: All of our properties have a no smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine.
• Occupancy Limits: Please respect overnight occupancy limits. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and/or eviction.
• Check-In: The city requires a copy of an ID prior to check-in. Please send a clear photo of the primary guest’s identification before arriving.
• Minimum Age Requirement: The city requires the signer to be at least 25 years of age.
• Parking: Only one vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time. Utilize the driveway before parking on the street. And never block any driveway or street access.
