THINGS TO KNOW
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Comfortable home perfect for relaxing vacation
This home was just what we needed. Great layout with all the basic necessities. The pool/yard are the highlight. It's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is great for a relaxing escape. Working with Vacasa was a breeze.

Family weekend trip
Had a great stay here! Played in the pool a lot and loved the toys that were in the garage. Beds were comfortable and house was well equipped/family friendly. Would have loved if there had been a pack and play available, but not the end of the world to bring our own. Would rent again and recommend to friends/family!

Great summer retreat!
Had a fabulous few days in the Brentwood house. Ceiling fans and TV in every room. 2 floor fans available as well. Plenty of pillows, extra blankets and pool towels. Kitchen is very well stocked. Home was very clean.

Fantastic house and great location!
Just as advertised, the house was spacious, well stocked, and highly functional! We had the unfortunate circumstance of a rainy weekend but we made the most of it in the cozy house, playing games and enjoying the surroundings. The location is great for those who want to experience the city of Palm Springs. We were less than 15 minutes from all of the restaurants and shopping and 10 minutes from the airport. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Would highly recommend this house!

Amazing House in great location
The photos don’t do this house justice- it is so cute! It is the perfect combo of retro Palm Spring and updated comfort. The three bedrooms all have comfortable beds. The open living space with kitchen were great for gathering and hanging out. And the pool- awesome- nothing fancy, but amazing that it is shallow to make it a social pool. The fire pit next to the pool is super fun and the jacuzzi fit size women. Loved this house and was equipted with everything. There is a Vons just up the street with a Starbucks.

An oasis in the desert
We just got back from our third stay at the Brentwood, and will be returning next year. That says it all. The house is always spotless and the amenities are just what we wanted. More importantly, all rentals always have little problems here or there. The quick response from Vacasa lets us know that they care and want to make sure that are vacation is not ruined. I have no problem recommending them highly.

Love this house. The pool/hot tub layout was perfect. Loved the shallow end where there is a built in umbrella and space for lounger chairs in the water. Super cozy inside and out. Starting to need a little more TLC to make sure it’s kept up just right for a perfect vacay…would definitely return to this house :)

Great Place For A Weekend Away!
We were so happy with this home. The house was cleaned extremely well & perfect for our family. All 3 bedrooms had king sized beds & tvs. We spent as much time as possible in the pool and loved having the tanning shelf with the umbrella for getting some shade as we enjoyed our beverages. The yard was wonderful! Well maintained and landscaped with lovely trees. We will be back again!

2nd time staying. Just as good as the first.
This is our second time staying at this rental and we loved it just the same as last time. The pool isn’t deep but it’s a good size and worked for us since we have a 3 yr old. As much as our kids enjoyed the pool the sprinklers turning on was a nice bonus for them! The only complaint we have is that the pool was so hot! Not sure if it was because the previous renters asked for it to be heated or if it’s just how the pool gets when the temps are super high. The pool was hot also the last time we stayed. It felt like stepping into a sauna. I read through the reviews to see if anyone else has had the same experience but it doesn’t seem like it. But overall, everything was great and we would definitely stay again

Home is great! Vacasa not so much!
The house is amazing! It was very clean, the grounds well maintained! But we ordered the pool be heated. At an additional cost of $76 a day. It is promised that the pool will be heated at the time of arrival because it does take two days to heat. The pool was t turned on until we got there so half our vacation we couldn’t use the pool and they refuse to give a refund on those two days. After tirelessly (everyday of my vacation spent talking with them) trying to get them to do the right thing I’m going to have to decline the charges to my credit card since the promised service was not provided. Horrible customer service. Hope the owners get a new rental company and then I’d be happy to stay again.

Great Place for a Family!!
This property was WONDERFUL. If you’re looking for a home to a relax at with the family - look no further! As other reviews have mentioned, this home has an AWESOME backyard that is worth every penny. We are a family of 6 with a 1, 4, 6, and 8 year old and it was so nice having the shallow-shelf on the pool for the littles to play in while the bigger kids played in the deep end (5’). My husband and I loved sitting in our chairs in the shallow end, too! There are many umbrellas to provide shade in and around the pool throughout the day, and the house is positioned perfectly for natural shade in the late afternoon/evening from the overhang. We loved the floor layout with the living, dining and kitchen all open. The large couch fit us all too!! Beds were comfortable. House was clean! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and the house is at the end of the street with complete privacy! The interior could use a little touch up/freshening up but nothing concerning. Vacasa was a pleasure to work with! They even let us check in early since we arrived to town earlier than expected. Thank you for letting us stay! We will be back!

We showed up on time but didn’t enter until 4:30, when we found that a back door was left ajar because the lock holding the keys had melted. It’s was 116 and the maintainance member didn’t arrive until 45 mins after the issue was called in. The maintainance team was the highlight of our trip. The pool was murky and filled with insects and golf balls upon arrival. It was not cleaned until 5p the following day, that’s 24 hours of no pool fun time for us. The gas grill’s igniter was broken. It was the 4th of July. We were able to light it with a lighter, unfortunately it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, our food was on the grill for 3 minutes before the basin caught fire and destroyed our 4th of July bbq, almost had to throw a pound of flour into the bbq to stop it.. The refrigerator grumbled from time to time and needed to have the lower freezer opened and closed throughout the night to stop the grumbling. There are 30-40 perimeter halogen lights (not landscaping lights) that remain on from 6p-6a, there is no way to turn them off, per the Vacasa maintainance crew, they were kind enough to try to cover them, but that would have posed a fire risk. Its very bright inside at night which makes it difficult to sleep well. On the third night of our stay, at 9:00p the power went out and we had to gather all of our belongings and leave the property in the middle of the night, as 1. It was 102 and rapidly getting hotter inside the home and 2, the power company and Vacasa reps let us know it wasn’t scheduled for repair until 9a the following morning. Vacasa didn’t have other homes to send us to, they would not comp a hotel. Lastly, the batteries were dead in the remotes, we couldn’t use the main TV. There were no back up batteries. This was an exhausting stay. The place is not well kept at this time. I wish I could say differently. Glasses and utensils while looking like they were put through the dishwasher needed to be rewashed. The garbage disposal doesn’t work and was clogged with plastic bags, annoyingly the sheets smelled of mildew. Lastly, the primary toilet is not fully affixed to the floor. The home could have been so much fun.. we spent two of the four nights that we had planned on in the home. Over the course of those 48 hours, I was on the phone with Vacasa 24 times…… I’m hoping that by leaving this review, the team will check up on the issues in this home, I’m hoping that others may have a better stay.

Fantastic!
This quintessential Palm Springs well-appointed home is as beautiful in person as it appears in the pictures. It is located equidistant to our favorite things in the area, which are downtown Palm Springs eateries as well as Palm Desert shopping. From the beginning, the communication from vrbo/vacasa was great and check-in was simple. Information regarding wifi was also provided with the door access code in the check-in email. The house has a booklet with pertinent information as well. Upon our arrival, the home was very clean and tidy, besides being quite nicely decorated. There were plenty of bathroom essentials (which isn't always the case with vacation rentals) and there were even complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All the bathroom and bedroom linens were of good quality and the beds were all extremely comfortable. The a/c unit cooled the house quickly and there were no problems with it at all. This home has probably one of the most beautiful pools of any we've even encountered in Palm Springs and we've rented at least a dozen or more. The jacuzzi was easy to turn on and off via remote and worked perfectly during our stay, which again isn't always the case with vacation rentals we've had in the past. The kitchen had plenty of everything we needed in the way of appliances, dishes, utensils, dishes, and some pantry staples. A grocery store is only blocks away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Beautiful home with an incredibly well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and loved being able to play fetch with our dog on the grass in the backyard. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great relaxing stay
We loved the privacy of the golf course, one neighbor, nice, safe neighborhood and proximity to shopping and food. The beds were comfortable and the entire house we really clean. I got a text within hours or arrival asking about the cleanliness and if we needed anything. I appreciated the communication. Everything we needed to make it a relaxing stay with our dog in your home was there. It had a nice, huge yard for her to play in and all the grass was nice, no burning paws in the warm Palm Springs heat. The pool was warm, didn't pay for the heat, probably from the warmth of the sun and its' not too deep, 5' at most but still refreshing. I would have liked a handle to get in the pool. The umbrella on the sun shelf was a great feature. The BBQ grill was super clean and we appreciated the ease of natural gas. Lots of pool towels so we didn't need our own after all. Confusion with the gardener and pool guy arrival times but didn't impact our stay. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed because we ate at the house most meals. Watch the dishwasher door, I let the door go and it slammed on my leg, nothing major, just unexpected and heavy. Definitely putting on our list to revisit again in the future. It was a perfect house for us and our dog to relax. Already referred friends there. Thank you!

Excellent Vacation Spot

The backyard, pool, and hottub were definitely the high points of the house. Loved the lemons and oranges from the trees. The beds and rooms were comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the kitchen and living space. Really enjoyed the couch! Hosts were responsive to our needs as any arose. Would return to stay again.
