4-bedroom home (3 en suite bathrooms) with an additional 1/2 bathroom offers a stunning view of the San Jacinto Mountains. High ceilings, beautiful & stylish home with Salt Water pool/spa. Den/bedroom located off of the master bedroom with direct access to the sparkling pool & spa. Large open kitchen with attached family room; separate dining area and living room with a fireplace. 3-car garage. A queen-size sofa bed in living room may accommodate 2 children under 12Gated entry courtyard & a 3 car garage. Den located off of the master bedroom which has direct access to the sparkling pool and spa. Pursuant to city regulations, given we are a 4 bedroom house, we are allowed to accomodate 8 overnight guests. However, If needed, our living room has a queen size sofa bed. that may accommodate the 2 additional children under 12 also allowed by the city of Palm Springs. We are a short 10 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs. If you don't feel like driving, Uber and Lyft are the services which are probably used the most by guests and locals. Prices vary according to supply and demand. If you'd like for the pool and spa to be heated, there's an additional $100.00 per day and $35.00 if you would like just the spa heated. No smoking is allowed indoors. No parties or events. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Thank you very much for considering our property for your stay :)

34th annual adventure
5 adults stayed for 8 days. The setup was perfect for our group. Having a private bathroom with each bedroom was great! The house is nicely decorated and there is plenty of room to be together as a group and also room to have separate spaces of our own. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Palm Springs and for some short day trips. We were there in the winter but were able to sit/dine outside unless it rained. The neighborhood was good for morning walks. Typically we like to visit a new place each year but we are talking about coming back here next year!!!

Fantastic Stay
Our party of 7 (3 kids aged 5 and under) had a great stay at this house! It was very spacious, clean, and well set up for our needs. The pool and spa were fantastic, we loved spending time swimming and relaxing. I have stayed in many houses in Palm Springs and would definitely return to this one. Host was very thoughtful and communicative! Thanks for everything.

Wonderful, spacious house!
Beautiful home! Three huge bedrooms, all with en-suite large bathrooms, plus another good-sized bedroom with a trundle bed, and a nice desk. Half bath in the hall is super convenient. We had three couples and two kids, and we had lots of room - very spacious home. Lots of room to spread out. Dining room was great for all 8 of us. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. House was clean, and well-stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Full size laundry was great. The back yard was awesome - plenty of seating, chaise lounges, large dining table, a fire pit, and of course, the pool and spa (hot tub). The location is great - easy to get to downtown Palm Springs, the airport, and to highway 10. Eduardo and Armando were quick to answer any questions, and were very good hosts. We definitely will be back!

Wonderful stay, and excellent hosts!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Palm Springs home. The house was very spacious for our party of 7 and well-equipped. The grounds were well-kept, and it's situated centrally and in a nice neighborhood. Eduardo was the consumate host, who was very responsive to our inquiries and wanted to ensure a pleasant stay. The outdoor space was great, and we loved the view of the mountains. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, and recommend to others!

A Serene Five-Star Retreat with Unbeatable Convenience at the Swan House!
My stay at Swan House in Palm Springs surpassed expectations! From the detailed attention (the owners called or texted everyday to make sure we were happy and comfortable) and exceptional hospitality of the owners, to Gaby's friendly and efficient tour, everything was perfect. Thoughtful inclusions like toothpaste and shower gel made us feel at home. The saltwater pool was an irresistible oasis, offering relaxation and magical experiences. The elegantly furnished bedrooms provided a serene haven, and cleanliness was remarkable throughout. The owners' exceptional accessibility, even while abroad, added a special touch. Conveniently located near downtown amenities, this rental is a gem. Highly recommended! Bachelorette Weekend
My friends and I had a blast here for my bachelorette weekend. Location was great, 5 minutes from town and 5 minutes from the airport. The house has a wonderful layout for a group and both indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect! The hosts were very generous and readily available if we needed anything at all! Would highly recommend this house, and will stay here for any future trips to Palm Springs!

Fantastic spot in Palm Springs
Our family spent our Christmas vacation at the Swan House. The property layout is terrific - excellent commons area for gathering, and ample private areas. The property is nice, cleanliness was excellent and the location seemed central to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the owners as well as the property manager were seamless. I highly recommend the Swan House!

Perfect getaway
First time visiting Palm Springs on a mother/daughter trip. The property was well kept and the backyard pool area was perfect for hanging out. We had 8 people in our group and the house had plenty of space/beds to accommodate our group. We had one small issue with the hot tub heater and management was quick to respond to fix the issue. Would definitely return to this property on our next visit to Palm Springs!

Awesome stay
We had a great time at Swan House! We had two families with 3 kids total ages 2-6. The house was perfect with two distinct sides of the house for each family. The outdoor pool/hour tub area was perfect and the views were great. We have an issue that came up during our stay, but then owners and property managers were responsive and professional and handled it quickly. Definitely recommended!

The property was excellent for the seven of us and Fred, the Manager responded to any minor issue we had. Eduardo often called us from his home in Mexico and then met us on our departure day. Great stay at Swan House!
This was my third trip to Palm Springs and the first for my family. We loved Swan House and would stay there again. Having a private pool is so perfect and this one did not disappoint. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with lots of seating options. The house is huge and set up so well for a variety of groups. My husband and I along with 4 kids ranging in age from 11-19 enjoyed the layout of the house with every bedroom having a private bathroom and TV. There was no need to share which made everyone happy. I was a little worried about the 4th bedroom being a den off of the master but it really is a bedroom. Even though there is an adjoining door to the master, it also has its own door. We didn't feel like we were sharing a space at all. The house was clean and well furnished. It looked just like the pictures on the listing. The owners, Eduardo and Armando, and their agent, Roger, were so accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. We had to postpone our trip for a year due to COVID but it all worked out and we were grateful that we finally got to enjoy Swan House.

Awesome experience, beautiful home!
This was our first time we have ever rented this way, normally we stay in hotels. But because of the pandemic, we felt safer staying in a private residence that didn't have to share any amenities. Wow were we blown away with this experience! After booking, we were greeted with a welcome email from Eduardo, Armando (co-owners) and Roger (property manager). It was warm, kind and welcoming. I immediately felt reassured about our decision to try VRBO and their home. Everything in the house was exactly as the pictures indicated, the house was clean, neat and easily accessible. Our walk through with Roger was short and efficient. The house is centrally located to Downtown Palm Springs which made our adventures into town quick and easy! The pool was well maintained, the house is spacious and we could have easily brought a few more people. The kitchen and grill were perfect for a quick meal. Eduardo, Armando and Roger immediately set up a group text so any and all questions could be addressed immediately. We had a few questions and felt that their response and actions were swift and productive. We could not have been happier with how the handled each little minor hiccup or question. Overall, we were so thrilled with our experience, we would definitely stay at the Swan House again. We were thoroughly impressed by Eduardo, Armando and Roger. Thank you to each of you for making our maiden voyage so memorable!

We highly recommend Swan House to visitors to Palm Springs.
Early-on that we knew our stay at Swan House would be good as owners Eduardo Welter and Armando Rendon were cordial and reliably communicative with us in the booking process. The property description and amenities offered were accurate. The house is in very good condition no doubt due to the efforts of property manager Roger Wheatley who was quick to respond to any inquiries or requests we made during our visit. Eduardo set up a group text string to include co-owner Armando, Roger, and myself so that there would always be someone available for inquiries. Roger is an amazing asset as he's very committed to the house’s upkeep and extended very nice gestures of hospitality during our visit. Likewise Eduardo checked in with us by text periodically to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The back yard space was very nice with comfy outdoor seating arranged around a fire-table to take the chill off cool desert evenings. A table for eight for al fresco dining with gas grill was nearby. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are also there (see my notes on it below). A beautiful Meyer lemon tree abundant with golden fruit kept us supplied with freshly squeezed juice we used for cocktails, chicken marinade recipes, and even salad dressings! About the pool area: There are ample lounge chairs available but if your plans include basking poolside in the warm desert sun and working on your tan, you should be aware that Swan House's pool/spa area faces north and, at least during the winter months, gets no direct sun. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but with the cooler temps in the 60s we experienced, you’ll need all the sun you can get to feel warm enough to swim. Late afternoon we enjoyed some sun in the outdoor sitting area and had a vantage point to see some dramatic sunsets over Mount San Jacinto that looms to the southwest. Inside we were very comfortable with lots of nice spaces to retreat for quiet chill & down time. We entertained friends in front of the living room fireplace one evening, and then enjoyed a nice a nice sit-down dinner in the adjacent dining room. Depending upon what we were doing or the rooms we were in, we found we needed to bring table or floor lamps from other rooms to sufficiently light the space—most notably for dinner in the dining room, where the chandelier was a bit too dim to see faces or food. This is a small thing but I know the owners welcome the feedback on how they might be able to continue to improve their guests' experience.

A wonderful, family friendly house, centrally located.
Six adults and two children were in our group and the house was very comfortable and more than enough space for all of us. The kitchen was nice and open with a decent selection of cooking and serving items. Bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and had their own bathrooms which was a luxury for us east coasters. While it was very cold, we did manage to warm up the hot tub and pool long enough for a few plunges. The homeowners and Roger, who met us, were all lovely to deal with and very accessible. Would highly recommend this property in the future.

Our Super Week at Swan House
If you want luxury, comfort, and owners who really care about your experience, then Swan House should be your choice. The house is beautifully decorated, large and spacious, but the real treat is the outdoor dining lanai, heated pool and jacuzzi,. There’s a fire pit too! Armando and Eduardo were gracious and attentive to every need. We would happily rent from them any time, any place, and recommend them without reservation. Our daughter’s family joined us on our trip and share this assessment.

A stunning beautiful clean cozy place.!! Stylishly decorated, very airy and comfortable. Looks better than in the pictures! Feels like home. Clean, all the amenities you need. The owners and property manager were easy to deal with and very friendly. They checked up on us to make sure everything was okay. It is in a nice quiet and safe community which is very close to the airport, grocery store and all you need.
