Palm Springs getaway
We loved this condo! Nicely updated and close to downtown! Cose to grocery and not far from the airport. And of course many wonderful golf courses to choose from.

I loved my stay here at the Biarritz! The property was very clean and up to date. The owner is awesome and helped accommodate to my benefit. There is a grocery store in walking distance, along with the downtown strip a few blocks away. When visiting Palm Springs this is where you want to stay.

Wonderful at the Biarritz
Excellent location, lovely, well appointed apartment and exceptionally clean. Sarah was the best host we have ever had. Very attentive to detail and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Made our stay a delight.

Short visit to Palm Springs
We stayed at Sarah’s condo during the atmospheric river that hit LA. The weather did not end up keeping us from outdoor activities and Sarah’s place was a quiet, restful place to come back to rest from hiking and site seeing.

Stayed here for Powertrip festival. Great quiet place where could chill in pool after attending festival each night. Communication with owner Sarah was easy when needed. Would recommend to anyone wanting a cool place to stay.

Beautiful condo minutes from downtown. So convenient you could easily be without a car. Spotless and wonderfully equipped with everything you might need. Beautiful dishes and glassware. The owner was so helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay.
In Palm Springs for a wedding. The location was perfect for us. Check in was a breeze even though our flight was delayed 5 hours. Very clean. As represented in photos. Covered parking was a big plus at 100 degrees. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, but it looked very well appointed.

Perfect stay
My #1 criteria for a great stay is cleanliness, followed by convenient location. This property meets both criteria perfectly. This condo was very clean. The property was quiet and secured. We could walk to restaurants and shops within a few minutes.

Great Condo in Great Location!
We picked the perfect condo for our first visit to Palm Springs. Sarah's beautifully decorated condo is an easy walk to to all the restaurants and attractions. It was easy to communicate with her and she provided nicely detailed directions for checking in and checking out, which made the process so easy. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. Pool and hot tub area was nice and we were always able to come out and get lounge chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Great choice for Palm Springs visit.
The condo was a good choice for our 1st visit to Palm Springs - very nicely decorated, in like new condition and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was lovely. The location was great for walking to downtown Palm Springs and also for driving to various sights and attractions we enjoyed. Sarah was friendly and responsive to our questions and needs both before and during our stay. We recommend this property and will consider again if we return to the area. Thanks for hosting us.

Great Condo!
Sarah was very helpful when we had a little trouble finding the condo. The condo had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfy and the condo was very nicely renovated. The location was perfect for walkability downtown. Pool area was very nice with beautiful flowers and lots of hummingbirds. Would definitely recommend!

My recent stay was 5 stars in all aspects. Sarah was very responsive prior to arrival and throughout my stay. The check in/check out process was simple and stress free. The condo was very clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated. and is close to both the airport and downtown area. The pool/spa area was well kept and peaceful. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing stay in Palm Springs.

Very quiet apartment and comfy King bed meant we had exceptional sleeps! Pool area in the middle of the apartments was a calm oasis...in the sun all day. Condo itself is exceptionally clean and has every possible amenity. 5 minute walk to heart of downtown PS shopping and dining district. Safe, enclosed parking and apartments. We would stay here again! Highly recommend.

Location and Beautifully Decorated Condo
My wife and I had a great stay. Very well decorated condo. Fantastic location. We loved the unobstructed mountain view from the bedroom. We checked in on Thursday and walked to the weekly Village Fest on Palm Canyon that was very cool. Enjoyed that a lot. If your staying on a Thursday recommend checking it out including going to the Art Museum which is free on Thursdays. Also, the Marilyn Monroe statue there is amazing. Sarah was a great host. Communications with were easy and pleasant.

Everything about the rental was great, as described. Sarah, the owner and property manager was absolutely wonderful to work with. She even went above and beyond to help return an important document to us after the rental. If we had to pick one thing that wasn’t ideal, it would be the traffic noise from Ramon Rd. while poolside - but we are used to very quiet country living. Highly recommended!

Great location and wonderful stay!
Location is very convenient, close to downtown for walking to restaurants, shopping, markets, and entertainment. Only ten minutes from airport and close proximity to shopping, golf courses and hiking. Condo was well stocked with everything that we needed, and very comfortable. Quiet complex, with clean swimming pool and hot tubs. Grounds were kept up very nicely, and the hummingbirds were a treat. Also tennis and pickleball courts were a great plus. If we encountered any issues Sarah was quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks Sarah.

Great Condo in Palm Springs
The unit is just as pictured. Very comfortable bed and linens. Great shower. The view from the bedroom terrace is spectacular. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. The area is challenged, as many places are, with a homeless population. We felt safe walking home from town at night but kept a watchful eye. The community is gated but you still need to lock your car and unit at all times. There was evidence that others can get into the complex. The pool is lovely and peaceful. We played tennis a few times. I recommend booking this unit, you won’t be disappointed.
