Welcome to Villa Amelita, City ID#3717. Set at the base of the mountains in the beautiful Little Tuscany neighborhood, Villa Amelita is your private sanctuary, minutes from downtown Palm springs. The views are truly majestic. Practice your golf game on our brand new professionally designed putting green! Walking distance to Palm Canyon's uptown design district, this unique property is set on well over half an acre and boosts over 3600 square feet of living space. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, including the detached casita. The bedrooms flow out to the gorgeous exterior via the French doors which open onto private patios. The property has been extensively renovated and is decorated with a Palm Springs metro modern vibe! The open plan kitchen features an enormous center island made of quartz. High end stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances and a huge farmhouse sink will delight the most discerning chef. The dining and living area flow seamlessly from the kitchen and are accentuated by 2 fireplaces framed with stacked brick. Vaulted ceilings and French doors add to the already spacious living areas. Each bedroom in the main house has direct patio access via French doors and its own private bathroom. You will not want to leave Villa Amelita!!

All guests are subject to City ordinance governing vacation rentals. No parties are permitted. 10 guest maximum plus 2 children under 12 years. No music is permitted outdoors at any time nor can it be heard from the property line.
Per City ordinance primary renter is required to sign rental agreement and provide government issued picture ID prior to check in. All adult guests are required to sign city issued statement of rules.

Repeat stay at Villa Amelita
Having had a previous stay during the holidays, our family elected to return to this wonderful property that had plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with bathrooms that were spotless. We also enjoyed time in the hot tub, relaxing during our holiday break. We made many fine meals and snacks in the spacious kitchen. The host was easily accessible throughout our stay and answered questions very quickly. Overall, this was a great stay once again and I highly recommend.

Great Location! Central to everything Palm Springs. Clare was on top of everything and communication was great. Excellent property. All bedrooms have their own bath and access to the back yard. Property is really nice and well appointed. I would definitely recommend this property!

We had a very nice stay at this home. It was convenient to downtown Palm Springs so we were able to go out. But we also enjoyed staying in for a casual evening. The pool and grounds are lovely and the bedrooms were perfect for our group.

Amazing girls weekend
Our group of college friends had the absolute best time celebrating our 50th birthdays at this property. Clare provided great communication and ideas for our trip. The layout of the house was perfect with tons of beautiful outdoor space. The location was perfect for accessing everything Palm Springs has to offer. We highly recommend it, and we will be back!

Casa Amelita was amazing! We had a relaxing time and loved this house! We had a girls getaway and everyone couldn't stop talking about how nice it was and how comfortable the beds were! When we go back to Palm Springs we will definitely rent it again!

We love Villa Amelita.
This is just a beautiful property, well stocked kitchen and attention to details with linens, bedding and cleanliness. We love everything about this home, especially Clare, the owner, and Reginia, the manager. This was our second stay and it was just perfect. It was so hard to leave but we will be back. Great Family Reunion Location!
After our mother's celebration of life, the 5 siblings and their spouses enjoyed 4 nights at the home. It was a great location, we had fun in the pool, and cooked a few meals together in the large kitchen and enjoyed at the dinner table. Hot Time in Palm Springs
Although it was during a heat wave during Labor Day Weekend, the pool and the A/C was working 24/7 keeping us very cool during our 40th anniversary celebration with family. When in Palm Springs in the future, I will definitely stay here again

It was the perfect house for us. It is close to the airport which was important since we had several arrivals in our family. The outdoor activities were super and the kitchen well equipped. Property manager and owner were over the top seeing to our every need. Could not ask for a better experience.
