COTTAGE: Sleeps up to 2; Full size day bed that folds out to accommodate comfortably 2 guests; closet, desk and a side chair; guests will have to cross the outside patio area to access the master bath or the main house. Equipped with AC.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, automatic drip coffeemaker, toaster, blender and all necessary cooking utensils, adjacent 4-person dining table;
GENERAL: Laundry room w/ washer & dryer, central air conditioning, free WiFi, linens/towels, toiletries
PARKING: 2 outdoor parking spaces in the driveway; plus ample of free street parking;
POOL/HOT TUB: Enjoy a brand new pool and hot tub. No diving, please. Use at your own risk. There is an additional daily heating charge $75 for the pool or $35 for the hot tub.

Perfect Home Away From Home
A couple of friends and my partner wanted to get away for the weekend. We were able to find this amazing home in a location, with all the amenities, and we were able to bring our fur babies along. We absolutely book this home again!

Well when booked the reviews and pics are good. But when we arrived the dinning set was plastic, cheap, and uncomfortable. Then we started to settle in and found the couch to relax on was a commercial type and was broken. I informed the owner immediately and the AC would not take the interior of the house below 77 degrees. The cottage is nothing more than a shed made into a bedroom. And the second bath has NO AC And is part of the original garage and is not legal to rent as a 2 bed 2 bath. Be aware how can we utilize a bath with no air in palm springs at 113 temp. This is a fact and I am an LA building inspector. This property is pushing the legality of the listing and habitable space.. I can not recommend this place at all we left after the 1st day of a 3 day trip!!!of the livig speceCON

Great Memorial Day weekend stay
Stayed here with my family of 4 (mom, dad, two young kids) and our dog. House was perfect for our trip and we spent so much time splashing around in the pool. House is very centrally located- just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Well appointed house with all the amenities we needed. Very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Space Great Stay
Photos don’t do this house justice, the house was a nice remodeled space. Everything was so clean, the backyard area was hands down the best part. It had a pool and jacuzzi, fire pit, lounge chairs, cornhole, and a table to eat at. Clean bathrooms and showers, plenty of amenities. Host was very nice and communicative. Definitely would recommend for a weekend getaway.

Great Time in Palm Springs
This is a lovely property. Close to everything in Palm Springs. The home is quaint and was perfect for my stay. It is fully equipped with everything you need. I was here with a friend for a conference and it was nice to be able to come back and relax poolside. The only issue, as stated before, is the living room couch. It’s not comfortable to sit in. I don’t watch tv much so it wasn’t an issue for me. The home manage was great - communication was clear and easy. I plan to rent this home again when I come back to Palm Springs.

Everything You Could Want
This newly remodeled property had everything we wanted in a vacation home. The interior is exceptionally clean and well maintained but we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the perfect pool, hot tub and fire pit. A huge indoor shower with a rain head was a nice way to rinse off afterward. It had all the kitchen appliances and tools we needed and even a little Weber grill we used to make tri-tip one night. Loved the mid-mod decor, which added to the perfect desert ambiance. Close to shops and a short drive to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, everything you could want for a relaxing desert getaway.

Perfect stay In Palm Springs
The home was perfect for our family of 5 . The host thought of everything all you have to do is show up. We loved that it was centrally located shopping dining sight seeing was all within a short distance. This was our first visit to PS and our family had the best time. Heavenly Palm Springs
The backyard pool and outside area are heavenly and exactly what we wanted and just as the pictures show. The communication with property manager was above excellent and extremely prompt, courteous and helpful. The house itself was like a modern dollhouse, cozy but small for four adults (one being 6'4") with small furniture, but we spent our days outside by the pool and nights on the town, so it wasn't a huge issue overall.

Great time in Palm Springs
This property is centrally located and a great starting point for seeing the greater PS area. The host was outstanding to work with and exceptionally friendly. The house is comfortable, clean, and very well appointed, especially with comforts for daily living. The only problem my wife and I had was with the living room Chaise Sofa/Lounge. It was exceptionally uncomfortable. This however is a very small problem and in no way detracted from an otherwise outstanding stay.

Fantastic Demuth Park Home
Radek’s home is comfortable, clean and conveniently located! We’ve been traveling to the Palm Springs area annually for over a decade. This location is so central - easy access to everything and walking distance to Demuth Park - and it’s much less windy than areas further north. The house itself is comfortable and nicely furnished with that distinct midcentury vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed for our family of four. The pool and spa are fantastic and our teenager loved the cabana! We throughly enjoyed an evening bike ride into downtown Palm Springs thanks to the two provided cruiser bikes. What a nice bonus!

True mid-century modern with its charms and quirks. The bikes were a nice bonus. Everything worked and was up to date. Once pool and hot tub were warm they were delightful. Firepit also a bonus.

Perfect size and location
We were meeting my wife's sister and brother-in-law in Palm Springs for 3 nights and selected this house because its size and location seemed ideal. From the beginning of the rental process to the end, the communication with our host was always prompt and very polite. House rules were brief and very reasonable. The house itself was impeccably clean. The size of the property was spacious enough for 2 couples, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location of the property was near places we wanted to visit and explore and the views from the property were outstanding. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet. All and all, a successful experience.

Modernism Week Stay
The house is pleasant, uncluttered, clean and well equipped. However, the living room consists of only a sectional sofa that is quite uncomfortable with not enough padding and one additional chair. As others have said, you do hear frequent air traffic in the Sunny Dunes area due to its proximity to the airport. We were also a bit surprised to discover after prepaying in full, that the host was now imposing a $105 dollar per day charge for heating the pool and hot tub. This was not in the original property description when we contracted for the house and it should have been.
