Guests will have access to four community pools during their stay in this Palm Springs rental, two of which are heated year-round. Situated in South Palm Springs, a stay in Hidden Oasis will keep you comfortably secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city while remaining only minutes from Palm Springs hot spots, such as Palm Canyon Drive and the Moorten Botanical Gardens. Indoors, Hidden Oasis has much to offer in the way of comfort. The management team was very responsive and good to work with but the unit was very disappointing. It’s a corner unit facing the outdoor stairs going up to the 2nd level condos. It doesn’t see much sunlight and we had to deal with mice and their droppings on the floor and kitchen counters. It has a smart tv that offers Roku streaming services but they don’t include any apps required to watch something better than 10 year old shows. Could only access news channels. Will never return there.

Very comfortable.
One issue. When you get in to the shower you get blasted from both directions with cold water. It takes a while to get the water to the a proper temp. My suggestion. Have a separate turn off valve for the opposite shower and the problem is solved.

We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo. The beds were very comfortable. The linens were soft. There was plenty of room and closet space. Quiet location but close to downtown. The weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of the pool but it looked appealing.

Great location and property. There were a couple of things that could improve the stay of your guests. Have a dresser in each room. The other thing was the kitchen was well stocked with dishes but there was almost too many. No room for guests to put their food. Facet in the main bathroom closest to the door needs a new washer.

There was work being done at the property. We got closed in by plastic, paint tarps!!!!! The front door for one day…..the bedroom windows for 3 days!!!! The unit is minimally decorated….no soft touches. It was clean. Located well for Palm Springs. Won’t go back there.

My interaction with Arrived was top-notch. They were so easy to work with and tried to make their clients happy. Very much appreciated. The house had a few "issues". no remote for the master light and fan. internet/spectrum TV went out every 20 minutes in the LR, use of the oven caused the whole house to get smokey and smoke detectors went off many times. master shower head positioned poorly such that either you had to stand against the wall or the floor got soaked. Only provided 4 towels originally for a party of 4 (that should have been doubled from the get-go, but y'all did accommodate when requested). Little room to put clothes if we didn't want to live out of suitcases and shelves in closet are ill-positioned wrt the doors.

Arrived is good, condo not so much
Every time something came up broken or missing, Arrived did everything possible to fix the problems with the condo. That being said this condo is old and in decline as I assume the owners can’t keep up with repairs or upgrades. We had a lost power supply in the kitchen, a plugged up toilet in bath #1, a broken fan and light in bedroom #1, broken recliner in living room, broken or severely underpowered air conditioning system Some things like the broken chair, air conditioning and broken fan could not be fixed during our stay. We will not ever be able to stay in this unit again until someone fixes these issues. As I mentioned in an earlier review, I believe we are owed a complete or at least a partial

My review in basically in two parts. Communication with the Property Manager Arrived was easy and quick. They tried to address all our needs and promptly answered all our questions. The condo was clean and spacious and well supplied. However the condo is located in a far dark corner of the property under a stairwell next to the walk in gate and also the gates that vehicles pass through are next to the bedrooms. We stayed for one month and if it was only a few days it would have been OK but with the gates kept making noise late at night and early in the morning it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. Secondly the basic cable package when we arrived was not good. There was 6 channels (Newsmax, Foxnews, BBC, Gironews and Spectrum news) Arrived did help us out a few days after we arrived by lending us a Roku stick so at least we could stream some things but I had to subscribe to the U.S. Paramount Plus to see the Super Bowl on my laptop. (We could not go to a bar as I was ill). They also upgraded the cable package for a couple of weeks a few days after we arrived. Being Canadian we could not stream our package from Canada due to geofencing. The shower in the main bath did not work and Arrived is arranging for repairs after our stay. They did address a partial refund which was appreciated. I would not stay in this same condo again because of the noise from the gates and how dark it was but we were satisfied dealing with Arrived.

Good, but could have been better.
Clean and tidy. Well stocked with kitchen stuff. Lighting was a little dim (no reading lights whatsoever), but they went out and bought two that really solved the problem. So.... what was the matter? You could NOT get a Hot Shower!!! Only a Very Luke warm shower.... emphasis on the "luke"... it was barely warm. You could get "hot" water in all the sinks (5), but the red to blue (hot to cold) mechanism was FIRMLY Blocked / locked at the half way point. You Could Not turn it beyond the middle, further into the warm to hot area. This was deliberate, as Both showers were set to not let you get into the Hot side, whatsoever. Nada. I've seen 100's of these hot to cold adjustments, just never on that would Not let you access the hot side. SO.... if you want a warmer than barely warm shower, you are just out of luck. After a day of hiking, that just doesn't get it. SO... we'll not be returning to this otherwise nice place.

Second time we have stayed at this unit. It is absolutely perfect for a couples or family vacation.
The property is well maintained and has beautifule landscaping, four swimming pools, tennis courts and a fitness room.

Palm Springs Hidden Oasis condo
Check in was efficient & property was quite nice. We used the pools daily. Laundry facilities were good but you require a smartphone to download an app to use it. Beds were acceptable. Kitchen was nice with gas stove & ice maker in the fridge. On the downside there were a few things in our opinion that need attention. The frying pans are useless and should have been replaced long ago. The sofas were ok but the recliner is almost impossible to get back to an upright position. Channel selection on Tv in living room is horrible…….and the Apple TV in the bedroom was great but it would make more sense to have it in the living room so all guests could enjoy it. One bathroom was great. But the other one has a laughable design as the water goes all over the floor every time the shower is used. A towel needs to be placed on the floor to soak up this water. And on that note…..only 2 bath towels,2 hand towels & 2 face cloths per bathroom. Seriously? We stayed for 2 weeks and had to do laundry a couple times just to have clean towels. The 0-rings on both faucets also need replacing so that toiletries on the counter don't get soaked while you are washing your hands. One more thing of note. We did not think the note by the A/C control was acceptable. Being told that if the A/C was turned down below 76 degrees we would be charged for servicing if it froze up. If the A/C system was properly maintained this would never happen…..and the final comment I would like to put out there is being charged $500 for cleaning charges is ridiculous. We would not return to this property.

Great vacation
Very clean, well equipped condo close to downtown restaurants, bars, casino and so many stores. Pools were great and the place was peaceful. Nice grounds surrounding the condo. Kitchen was very modern as was the furniture, beds, linens, pillows, etc. Easy, inexpensive UBER since we didn’t have a car. We will be back.

Great Location, Friendly Spot
The location, tucked against the mountains, was close to hiking, downtown Palm Springs, and biking loops. The location protected us from some nasty winds that created a sand storm in the middle of the valley. People in the complex were friendly and helpful. Our vehicle was too tall to park in the provided parking, but the street parking was always available and almost as convenient.

My friend was unable to come because of a serious illness. As a 70+ single woman, I would not stay here again and out of a 7 night reservation I left after two nights. I didn’t feel safe at night the way the buildings were laid out and the dark spaces due to landscaping and stairways. It was clean, but needed more directions for the TV.
