Escape to Palm Springs in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom mid-century modern rental. With a backdrop of the San Jacinto mountains, this home is a perfect homage to modern design in the desert. Redesigned by Lolo Interiors, the space has been thoughtfully transformed with a beautiful blend of terracotta and yellow colors, paired with organic materials, finishes, and fixtures, creating a dreamy atmosphere that inspires relaxation and unwinding.

Step outside and soak up the sun by the private heated pool and spa or lounge on the sun loungers with your favorite book. Take in the stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains just over the 10 foot hedges that surround the yard for utmost privacy. The outdoor space also features a hammock, fire pit, and BBQ grill, making it perfect for outdoor entertaining.

Inside, the large open windows boast plenty of natural light throughout the day as you are surrounded by nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. For small children, we have a pack and play as well as a baby bath seat conveniently stored and available for your stay.

The primary bedroom has a comfortable King bed and an en-suite full bath, while the two guest bedrooms both have Queen beds and share a full hall bathroom.

• Pool/Spa Heating: Pool and spa heating is not included and can be added to your stay for an additional fee of $75 per night. Fee may vary based on time of year and length of stay. Please inquire before arrival.

• Utilities: A $300 utility cap applies to monthly stays from May-Sep.

• No Amplified Music/Noise: Sorry, the city of Palm Springs has a citywide noise ordinance where no amplified music or excessive noise may be heard outside, otherwise a citation may be delivered directly to the residence during your stay.

• Security Deposit: We may require a fully refundable security deposit to cover potential damages during your stay.

• No Unauthorized Pets: This property is pet friendly, but only upon prior approval with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (per pet, per stay). This fee is used for steam cleaning only and does not cover any waste pickup or pet-related damages. To avoid any additional charges, please pick up after your pet and do not let them on furniture or in the pool. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged.

• No Smoking: All of our properties have a non-smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine. 

• Occupancy Limit: We do not allow parties or events at this property, please respect occupancy limits. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and/or eviction.

• Check-In: We require ID verification prior to check-in. Please send a clear photo of the primary guest’s identification before arriving.

• Minimum Age Requirement: The city requires the signer to be at least 25 years of age.

Really loved this place! Planning a return trip despite a few issues.
This house was beautiful, clean and exactly what is represented by the pictures. It is very, very close to the airport, but there are mostly small planes flying in/out of that airport so the noise was minimal. My only real issue was the cameras onsite. I was there with just my wife, but I get it, people have parties and trash these places which is sad. I get having cameras on the perimeter facing the entrances, but this place had a camera on the back patio which is a private area which makes you feel like you're being watched. They should remove this asap. One other minor issue; the house was spotless, but the pool area (not the pool) is clearly being missed by housekeeping because the tile was dusty and dirty with some bird poop - just a heads up for property management. Otherwise, we would go back, such a nice house, we really felt like we were on vacation!

My neighbor, best friend and I stayed at this property over the holiday weekend with our two frenchies Winston and Lola. The property was perfect! We had a lovely time, the dogs got to run around and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was adorable and we enjoyed our stay. While the others in our party liked the more firm mattress I found them uncomfortable. The proximity to the airport was convenient but really loud. We live in a very quiet suburb in Colorado so the noise was a bit disruptive b/c we weren’t used to it. That didn’t stop us from using the pool and hot tub! IMO the house is a little on the pricy side especially when you add all of the additional fees/taxes required.
