This mid-century modern renovated house with a Martini motif is an immaculate, calm 2 bedroom oasis in the heart of Palm Springs! Located near Downtown Palm Springs for your shopping and dining convenience, the house is just minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport which offers inexpensive, convenient rental cars.

This bright 1,200 sq. foot house with all the comforts of home in sunny Palm Springs awaits you! You'll experience a beautiful, renovated house located in the heart of central Palm Springs with a private pool. You'll enjoy easy access to downtown Palm Springs, golf courses and tourist sights, with the ability to retreat to a very comfortable upscale mid-century modern house which is finely appointed.

The house offers an open living area, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms, an enclosed sun porch and inviting pool area with a spectacular mountain view! The dining and living area boasts contemporary furnishings with a classic mid-century modern Palm Springs feel, decorated with martinis!

The house has a very open feeling, with it's mid-century modern contemporary furnishings and cool color palette. Guest will enjoy a full well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances: range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and all tableware and utensils. A cook's dream for preparing cocktails & dinner by the pool!

The living area is very comfortable for lounging with table for dining, fireplace, and seating area for relaxing. The sun porch is also a quiet relaxing spot and TV room where you'll also find plenty of Palm Springs reading material for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom is spacious, well-appointed with a tiled bathroom with a walk in rain shower, mirror, hair dryer, with liquid hand & shower soap, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion provided. The guest room allows for additional sleeping accommodations for up to 2 more people. Both are queen beds, complete with linens.

Cable TV, Roku TV, Wi-Fi for your devices, washer/dryer, pool service, iron, all linens and other amenities are all part of the nightly or weekly rate. A $150 final cleaning charge per stay will apply. Please note that an optional pool heating charge of $54 per night rented will apply if pool heat is requested.

A true oasis
Stayed with inlaws and dog, it was wonderful and very quiet. Location was perfect, close to downtown, but not too close. Grocery stores were all about 4 minutes away. We had a blast just staying here and really relaxing.

A Beautiful Desert Escape!
This was a lovely house, in a great location, quiet neighborhood and our own pool! It was dog friendly, close to downtown (but far enough away to be calm and relaxing) and filled with everything we needed to create a memorable Christmas escape!

Great Getaway
This was the perfect location for a getaway. Close to lots of Palm Springs restaurants while still being private in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was divine and a great escape from the heat!

The house is very well located and well furnished. I suggest you have the pool heated. The pool filter is however very noisy and we did not find how to operate the bbq. We really enjoyed our stay at the Martini hideaway!

Cute little mid-century cottage, lively neighborhood and very convenient location close to Palm Canyon Drive, casino, and airport. Nice pool, although we made the mistake of not heating it, so we never actually swam in it!

Great place for a quiet and relaxing weekend! A friend and I wanted a little weekend getaway to hit the casinos and enjoy some nice weather. This place was perfect! We each took a bedroom and both of us thought the bed we were on was very comfy. The pool was nice. It was great! We plan on going back!

Place was amazing. Had a very good time. Just keep in mind, the noise ordinance in Palm Springs for house rentals is very much enforced (talked my way out of a cite). We actually had a better time without the loud music.

My best friend and I enjoyed our time at the Martini House despite the unexpected weather that particular weekend. We spent the majority of our time in the pool right up until the rain hit and could only imagine how amazing that pool would have been if we had experienced typical Palm Springs weather.

The Perfect Getaway for Two Couples
This house was the perfect location for our two couple getaway. Great location, gorgeous view, extremely clean, well stocked kitchen with all the tools needed for cooking, relaxing backyard, refreshing pool, and plenty of places to relax. But best of all, is that martini tile decoration in the pool. Extremely Instagram worthy property! A big thanks to Kathy for her great communication and generously allowing people to enjoy her wonderful property.

Great place, cool vibe
We loved the Martini House, had a great time here. Spacious 2/2 with a well stocked kitchen, living room area, and nice decor. Includes a second living room area - an older converted sun room which gives you more places to hang out. There is a lovely pool in the backyard, though it rained (which rarely happens in Palm Springs) when we were there and couldn’t use it. Close to downtown, and there’s a large park a few block away that is good for kids and dogs. The neighborhood is full of cool homes and is featured as a place to tour.

Very welcoming home with open layout. I appreciated arriving to a home that had the lights and AC already on as we arrived after dark. Had a little issue finding how to lock the sliding door but the host was quick to respond and I was able to figure it out. ****£ Definitely recommend. *****
