Featuring 1,225 square feet of living space, this home is a modernized 1950s classic located in a quiet neighborhood, yet with easy access to all the amenities Palm Springs has to offer. It's the perfect retreat for a vacation with friends and family! Situated in the highly desirable Racquet Club estates, this home was originally designed by world-famous architect Willam Krisel and includes polished concrete floors, an exposed tongue-and-groove ceiling, and stunning mountain views from floor-to-ceiling clerestory windows. Spread out on the attractive sofas to stream your favorite movies on the living room's mounted TV, then head outside to get in a refreshing swim in the private pool (pool heat offered for an additional charge upon request) and above-ground eight-person hot tub.
The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a center prep island/breakfast bar with barstools. Serve your dinner guests at the glass-top dining table or take your plates out to the spacious patio to savor an al-fresco dining experience amid the breathtaking mountain views. Afterward, let the kids play in the enclosed yard then spread out a few of the provided beach towels to enjoy an evening of quiet stargazing. Head inside for a rejuvenating sleep in one of the three luxurious bedrooms. The private washer and dryer will ensure everyone's clothes look their best and the central AC and ceiling fans will keep the home nice and cool during your stay. This home was the product of a successful mid-century movement intended to move Palm Springs beyond the highly affluent to become the vacation destination it's known as today. Some more recent updates include a new lanai, patio, and astroturf!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: installed wired Google cameras/floodlights. Once again we kept guest privacy in mind, so the camera’s are pointed away from the home and dont record anything inside the home nor inside the backyard.
Camera 1 is by the front door. Camera 2 with floodlight is in the carport.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
