You could really feel the old Hollywood history. They have live music which we could hear in our room. We had a very loud, obnoxious neighbor, which we could also hear, but the staff people were very nice and accommodating. They were doing some remodeling which made parts of the hotels but of a mess.

Property has definitely seen better days. Elevator & TV service out of order when we stayed. Change taken from bedside table during maid service. Loud (hallways & street noise) Pool was lovely though. Would not recommend & will not be staying there again.

The rooms are very dated and the front desk staff was a little short/bothered the two times I spoke to them. The parking is expensive especially since parking is free nearly everywhere. The lobby is beautiful and Indian wells is lovely-quiet but lovely. They let me checkin early which was nice.

TV not working. Room smelled - although it was a nonsmoking room it smelled - stale. And the neighbors were so noisy at 1250 am, I finally called the front desk to politely ask them if there was a noise ordinance. There should be a report that I contacted the front desk.

The property did not have any TV service and I could not cancel the reservation due to booking through a 3rd party . They did not even try to accommodate anything or fix the TV issue at all. The pillows are the tiniest pillows I’ve ever seen at a Hotel and hard as a rock . The a/c was terrible and the room had stains on the carpet . The bathroom was clean though. Walks are very thin fyi . The parking is $25 a night . I would probably choose a different hotel closer to downtown Palm Springs next time .

Rip off! They charge you $25 a day for parking. However, there is no security gate. No security guard. Its just an open parking lot anyone can walk into or drive into. The $25 is just go gouge the guests. Also the TV was down all 4 days I stayed there. No credit or anything. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

First, I’ll start by saying that the staff in the morning breakfast as well as the housekeeping were delightful and cheerful. If only their front desk people were at that level. This property has seen better days and better management. From the brusk reception and notification that their directv isn’t working (can’t pay the bill??), carpet stained rooms, creepy posters of Lucy and Desi everywhere, this property desperately needs help. To compensate for their lack of tv they offered a lackluster assortment of bread and cereal for a breakfast. It’s just not worth it.

When it was NOT checked in told we were on first floor, told them I was parked around corner.told that was great .. Our rooms were on the other side of building and we had to walk all the way around.light shinning in room because blinds did not work all night. no security at night on outer doors .

The room was fine but there are no food vending machines only drinks. There are no microwaves for food. You basically have to leave to eat or be foreced to pay too high prices at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant were wonderful but the front desk staff 50 percent was nice and the other 50 perfecnt were not. I will not be back at this hotel. Oh and the cable has not worked for a week
