This is a beautiful property with the nicest staff. The pool area was fabulous, the room was large, comfortable, clean and modern and it was so convenient for the BNP tournament! Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The only thing that could use improvement is the dining options. The pool restaurant for lunch was great. The market was good for snacks, but I feel like more options for breakfast would be an improvement. Dinner was ok, but not amazing. There are lots of great restaurants close by though.

Located in Indian Wells formerly Hyatt Regency we were there for Christmas week and the service was very good to excellent. The concierge service can improve but better than at the Hyatt Regency in Tokyo where there was no concierge in the Hotel. Such a top quality brand otherwise keeping up their high standards of hospitality
