You have everything you would need to cook or just sit and have coffee from the Keurig coffee machine while looking at the mountains. In the loft bedroom there is a work desk with printer so you can stay connected and work in peace. Just off the loft bedroom is a full sized in-suite laundry that is free to use and includes laundry detergent.

The home also features recessed dimmable lighting, travertine floors in the kitchen, dining room and bath with carpet in the living area and bedroom. The expansive loft bedroom has two powerful HVAC systems to keep you cool. You also have a large walk-in closet with high quality linens and robes.

A wonderful location and wonderful accommodations!
My partner and I had a very comfortable stay in Robert’s place. We love the location, very close to downtown and very quiet with friendly neighbors. We had all the amenities we could think of for a great stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the TV was easy to use, the little pool/jacuzzi on the patio was perfect for hot days and cool nights. Robert was a great host and had great communication!

A great private place with an awesome location!!
It was our 1st time with a VRBO and we couldn't have been happier. The owner reached out to make sure everything was good after we checked in and very responsive to other questions. The location was great as the downtown area was only 1 mile away- a great short walk for the Thursday night street fair! Our private hot tub was a bonus!!

I was in Palm Springs for a convention and this property could NOT be in a more convenient location!! Literally across the street from the Palm Springs Convention Center, and only a few minutes to walk to downtown where you will find tons of great restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay for a couple
My husband and I stayed a week here and it was amazing. Close to shopping, downtown and all the restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed. Super comfortable king size bed. The hot tub spa was a bonus and well used. Don’t forget to visit the Living Zoo, the tram, Old Las Palmas and Joshua tree national park. Robert was the perfect host. We would stay here again. Perfect location
We loved our stay at this condo! The hot tub was so nice as it was a bit cooler than we had anticipated even for January. The hot tub did take us a little bit to figure out, but once we did we used nearly every night! The property is in walking distance to downtown- about 3/4 of a mile, which was nice for Thursday nights when they close down the streets. I love Palm Springs, and I would definitely stay here again!

Well appointed condo with great location
As stated in the title the condo was in a great location, close to downtown Palm Springs. It had very nice linens, towels and other soft goods. The kitchen was outfitted with anything one would want. It was dog friendly, and the neighborhood was very walkable and it was enjoyable to experience the movie colony area. The condo was just as described in the listing, the check-in and checkout process was seamless and communication about how to access the property etc. was also perfect. It was very clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Week in Palm Springs
This one bedroom condo is ideal for a couple or individual. Well appointed and very clean, great location walking distance to downtown, higher end amenities included, appreciated the little things like Kleenex everywhere, soft toilet paper, super clean, great towels, candles, little hot tub, etc. highly recommended and we would return for sure !

A Great Stay!
We vacationed in Palm Springs for the first time and couldn't have been happier with Robert's place as our home away from home. In addition to a being a convenient location, the rental was very well stocked with everything you might need, and then some. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was great to cook in, with the grill outside as a nice bonus. The spa was a great amenity to have and really made the experience extra special! Robert had simple instructions for check-in and was a very prompt communicator. We enjoyed ourselves and definitely would recommend this property!

Great Downtown Palm Springs Condo
A very well appointed and equipped home close to Downtown. We really enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and several golf courses. Thank you Robert! (However we did leave a voice mail with the Property Manager regarding a very slow tub drain and did not receive a response.)
