Quiet and comfortable place to stay. The happy hour drinks in the early evening were a great way of unwinding from the day of activities. The morning breakfast with omelet bar was a great way to start the day.

The people working at the hotel were great. Lobby and grounds were nice but our room was terrible. Weird layout, very noisy floor above the bedroom, lots of issues with Wi-Fi that didn’t really work, dated finishes, and a tiny bathroom. The room was dark and there was trash in the stairs between floors. Definitely won’t stay there again.

The room was dirty , the bathroom very disgusting with dirt on door and ceiling . The paint and cover on walls were peeling.The faucet on bathtub was loose and we couldn’t control the water temperature when taking a shower , it kept changing from warm to hot.The carpet was stained and squeaky when we walk on . We couldn’t sleep at night because of the noise and people on top of our room were walking around and like stumping on top of our heads.we were on second floor and we asked to be on third floor but they said they are booked. We asked for towels at night and we never got them . We had to ask again in the morning so we can take a shower , but they told us to wait till 8:30 till the cleaning staff come. We asked them the second day to change our room with no luck.

Terrible service, charged us for the wrong room type. Although my reservation showed 2 queen bedroom suite they tried to blame me on only providing me a single king suite. Manager avoids my request to address the issue. Terrible cleanliness, will never use a Hilton based hotel again.
