Such a lovely condo - very quiet and comfortable. The outdoor patio space is so enjoyable! Spa heats up quickly and water feature is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and ceiling speakers with Wi-Fi connection was such a delight. Hoping to stay here again in the future!

Charles is a an excellent host - very responsive and excellent check in instructions. Kitchen is well equipped and bed is very comfortable. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in Palm Canyon. Would stay again and recommend to family or friends.

Incredible find!
This incredible villa was perfect for a quite romantic getaway to relax and reconnect. The property is clean, quite and a short walk to downtown Palm Springs. I would definitely stay again!

We had the perfect experience here! The owner was very helpful and gave thorough and easy access instructions. The property was immaculate, quiet, private and comfortable. We will definitely look to book this place again in the future.

Beautiful Condo in Palm Springs
The condo was modern with everything including a great outdoor kitchen, spa, and furniture. Everything we needed was there and the owner was very detailed and accommodating. The complex is quiet and the common areas are well maintained. We would highly recommend it and hope to stay there again.

Getting Away From Winter in NC Mountains
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was a peaceful retreat and felt so much better than a hotel room. It was close to the Convention Center and the Downtown Palm Springs restaurants and shops. Charles was the ultimate host and provided unexpected amenities such as water, beer, a bottle of wine, and coffee K-Cups. We’d definitely stay here again.

it was a wonderful vacation to end the summer. The house is extremely well suited. Plenty of nice plush towels, plenty of nice dishes, one would want for absolutely nothing and the owner provides a a complementary bottle of wine and beer and other drinks. The place is extremely lovely and furnished very well. I loved it, including the little pool outside. Great stay!

Amazing Place!
My husband and I enjoyed 6 nights here, and it was amazing! Will definitely book here again. House has plenty of room and owner supplies everything you could possibly need including plenty of kitchen items, dishware, glassware, laundry soap, extra towels and linens. Bed was also very comfortable. Loved the outdoor patio and mini-pool/spa that heated up quickly. Great communication from owner as well regarding keyless entry and info about his place. Highly recommend!

This accommodation surpassed all of our expectations! It was top of the line with every little detail thought of. Check in was super easy. Location was great (walking distance to downtown in the cooler temps, not mid-day) The property manager was kind and attentive. We had no issues but I feel like he would have been on top of things asap if we had. The complimentary coffee/beer/wine & water was very appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed out on our own little private courtyard patio. We could not have asked for anything more for our first time in Palm Springs. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful & relaxing holiday.

Palm Springs Paradise!
This great one bedroom condo tucked away close to downtown Palm Springs was perfect for our golf getaway weekend. So wonderful to have a covered, assigned space for our vehicle inside a locked gate so the clubs could stay in the car. After a day of golf, catching up with longtime friends over lunch - it was great to escape back to the townhouse and relax. We took advantage of the pretty courtyard - eating outside and sitting around the fire pit for a night cap. We appreciated the quiet of the complex and the neighbors. For longer stays we would certainly make better use of the well appointed kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Everything suited our needs perfectly! And extra kudos to the manager who made sure we had everything we needed and never experienced any kind of hitch.

Quiet and private in Palm Springs
This was an absolute dream of a vacation. The property is private but close to everything. If you are looking for an outdoor space that wows…this is the place! The outdoor kitchen was spectacular and the dip pool was perfect. I cannot wait to visit again. This is definitely my new home in Palm Springs

Beautiful and relaxing
This property is exactly like photos! The condo was clean and very comfortable. Charles had details and photos of how everything worked in the condo. We did not have any problems at all! Our favorite part was the outdoor patio space! It was nice to have breakfast on the patio to start our day and then relax in the lounge chairs in the afternoon with a good book or take a little nap. We spent the evenings in the spa with the beautiful starry nights. The spa heated up very quickly and again the directions were perfect! This has been our favorite VRBO so far and we will definitely be back!
