Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Great Home
This hope was extremely clean and well maintained. The pool was perfect and refreshing on the hot days. It was also close to many restaurants and shopping.

Perfection
They thought of everything, every little detail. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. We were fortunate to watch a hummingbird tend to her nest. We watched her with adoration and hoped they would hatch while we were there as well as a dove nest outside the kitchen window.

Style and Fun in the Sun
We feel so fortunate that we were able to spend a few days in this gorgeous home. It was truly perfect for us, indoors and out. Our teenage girls especially loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the view of the beautiful mountains. Spending time together outside, enjoying the private swimming pool, was great for our family. The neighborhood was very quiet, which we really appreciated. The house is situated close to downtown so it was easy and quick to get coffee and breakfast nearby, or drive downtown to get dinner and do some shopping.

Awesome experience and beautiful house!
We had a lovely stay here! The pool and house were beautiful and clean. The house was also homey and had lovely artwork to go with each room. I would recommend this place to all. The home is close to the downtown area and was a quick 10 minute Uber ride. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the homeowners and Vacasa for everything.

Great Place - Communication Could Improve
Simply rating the property, it is fantastic! Great neighborhood, close to Old Palm Springs. Very quiet street and close to everything. The only part we found extremely frustrating was with the management company. We asked on multiple occasions if the home had pool toys and towels. We were told no, so we packed them and paid bag fees to check the bags and then see that the house had all this stuff.

Great House
House was better than expected. Good location in a very quiet neighborhood. Just a mile or two to many downtown restaurants. Very close to aerial tram. Home is updated, well maintained and clean. Well stocked and nicely decorated. Home has a lot of little touches that make it very comfortable and homey. Pool area is larger than expected and surrounded with nice foliage. Spa was not as warm as we would prefer even though we paid for heat, however, it is a spa connected to pool and not hot tub. We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this ranks near the top of our list! Would stay again and hope to return soon.

Great place to stay in Palm Springs
We had a wonderful time staying in this house. After so may rental disasters in other cities, this house was an excellent choice. Especially noteworthy was the amount of linens, dishes and all the essentials needed in a home away from home. The house is newly remodeled, so we had nice bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. The neighborhood was walkable and convenient to Palm Springs tourist destinations and restaurants.

Cutest Place Ever!!
We’ve stayed in a lot of weekend rentals and this one was at the top of our “delightful” list. So cute, perfect location, retro Palm Springs aesthetic (which was darling), everything seemed brand new and there was everything anyone could need in the kitchen. And the pool!! Plenty of lounging and outside seating - very clean! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Five star stay in Palm Springs!
We really enjoyed our stay at this home and would recommend it to anyone visiting Palm Springs. The house was perfectly clean and ready for our arrival, and there were nice touches from both Vacasa and the owner. It's a nice home that is well maintained and has upgrades throughout. The pool was heated per our request and serviced during our stay, so we were able to enjoy it at all times. We'll be back!

Could’ve been five stars
Arrived at the house and the alarm went off for at least an hour. It was loud and annoying.... Trying to get in contact with management company took longer than expected. We were told that the owners forgot to turn the alarm system off and would call us back once they got ahold of the owners to get alarm code. We waited about thirty minutes before we called again. This time we were placed on hold until the alarm code was given. If it wasn’t for this issue, we enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. Would’ve been nice to have soft music playing while outside in the pool.

The house is beautifully decorated, every detail has been thought, the area is quiet and peaceful, we enjoyed staying there. What surprised us was how impossible was to communicate with the owners/ agent, we had problems opening the front door, we NEVER could turn on the spa because the filter switch was behind a door closed by a lock that we did not have access, we tried calling, emailing, messaging and nothing, no answer! it was very frustrating to stay in such a nice/ expensive house and not being able to use the pool heating or turn on the spa. They DO NOT say in the listing that you must pay extra $50 per day to use the pool heating, that was only disclosed to us after we already committed to rent the property. Disappointing.

Spectacular Home Set Up For Family Entertainment-
Spectacular home set up for family entertainment- The home is wonderfully appointed & decorated, lots of game boards and spacious for the family.
