Located in the very desirable Racquet Club Estates, this mid-century, modern home was built by the Alexander Construction Co.

The backyard is a private oasis and includes everything you need to sit back, relax and enjoy the Desert! It boasts a built in gas BBQ, 6-seat outdoor bar, an oversized hammock swaying between 2 large palm trees, a built-in fire pit, outdoor mega-chess set and a spaciously landscaped yard which includes a large grassy area. You'll never want to leave it!

The home has been beautifully remodeled and decorated with new floors throughout, large windows and doors and beautiful contemporary furnishings. Very open and airy. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplash. It looks onto the living room with views outside to the saltwater pool, beautiful yard and the San Jacinto mountains in the background. The living room is bright and airy. Each bedroom features a flat screen TV including cable, Netflix, Hulu, and a Roku player. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with direct access to the large backyard. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The house has WiFi with indoor speakers.

The large, saltwater pool has been upgraded and includes pool floats and toys. The pool is surrounded by plenty of chaise lounges with beach towels, umbrellas and an in-ground spa , making for your own private resort-like experience.

The house is kid friendly and the yard is fully gated, creating a secure, private sanctuary. Enjoy a bike ride on one of the 6 cruiser bikes to downtown Palm Springs or the nearby parks.

This property is conveniently located just a short distance to downtown Palm Springs (2 miles to the center of town) and within minutes to markets, restaurants, shopping, and parks with tennis courts.

The house was beautiful. But it had a major ant problem. Ants all over the counter top when we first arrived . Sprayed them down but kept coming back . Was frustrating having ants and to spray raid especially since we had babies . Also, the pool was an issue . It wasn’t heated as advertised which made members in my group not enjoy it . The saltwater levels were blinking low. Jacuzzi wasn’t warm at all . Overall, wish we could’ve enjoyed the pool more since it was the main reason we booked the pool .

24/7 Traffic and Noise- Felt like we were staying next to a freeway
First, let me start off by saying that I really wish I could give this house a better review because it is a lovely house close to downtown Palm Springs with a great backyard/pool. Unfortunately, it resides on a busy intersection and the traffic is 24/7. Palm Springs is not a busy community, but it felt like we were staying next to a freeway with LOUD car traffic (i.e., cars, semi-trucks, sirens). We noticed the noise from the road when we first arrived during the day, but we figured the traffic would die down at night. It did not. The traffic noise is all day and ALL NIGHT and no one in our group could sleep, despite a trip to the store to buy ear plugs. We scheduled this trip to get away and relax and instead we spent our pool time shouting over the noise from the road to have a basic conversation and our nights unable to get a wink of sleep.

Beautiful property, noisy street
The house and accommodations are lovely. The property manager was nice and helpful. Totally thumbs up on both. We visited during a colder time of year so the fact the pool is mostly shaded made it less appealing to use than maybe during a warmer time of year. The corner the property is located on is busy enough that road noise was a constant until late. It was commented upon by all members of our party and was more of a negative to some than others. A nice property overall

A great house in a fun area
We had a really nice in the Coachella Valley this year. Our family of five found this house to be roomy and well equipped. The pool (heated) and hot tub were wonderful. The outdoor cooking area was really convenient. We grilled up some steaks we bought from the Farmer's Market on Saturday. Great food to be found, worth checking out. One thing to note: this house is on a really busy and loud street. It's also somewhat close to a flight path. It's not quiet. It wasn't great having early morning traffic or late night street racing when trying to sleep. That said, the Host is really easy to work with, communicative. It's a nice spot.

Quick Escape
This is a cozy retro get away. Close to downtown, take the old school beach cruisers, and hit John’s for breakfast. Place is super clean with fun backyard. Enjoy!

Best family holiday ever!
We stayed at this beautiful property for ten days and didn't run out of things to do. The location is close to great downtown restaurants and shopping but in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood. We walked, went for runs and biked, appreciating the six bikes provided, took a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park, which was spectacular and visited the great Art Museum. And, of course, we spent a lot of time in the lovely pool and attached Jacuzzi. If you are unfamiliar with saltwater pools, it means no chlorine smell! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the house had everything we could need, including a generous supply of swimming towels. The beds were comfy, and the linens were new. We wanted for nothing! We would be happy to stay there again.

Great get away!
The house is super cute! Decorated and stocked with everything Palm Springs. Clean and comfortable. The pool is great. We really enjoyed our stay. Ryan was easy to work with, thanks for the great stay! Only draw back, the street noise at night and the hidden extra cost of heating the pool, we wish this would have been disclosed in the listing.

Awesome house, private, and fun!
We had a great time! This 3 bedroom house is great for a couple families. We had 4 adults and two children and had plenty of room. Kids played in the pool all day. We drove to downtown when going as it was a little too far to walk with kids. Adults can easily hop on the provided bikes and go. Drive to downtown was only a few minutes. Bike ride to Albertsons is really close for drinks and grocery's. 711 is also very close. My partner got a massage at Margaritaville which is just around the corner and said the massage and amenities were very nice. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and will stay again.

Great house for family!
My family & I really enjoyed our stay! The house had a great layout, wonderful outdoor seating, the pool & jacuzzi were fantastic, chess, firepit, easy to figure everything out, and we cooked a full Thanksgiving meal with little issue - so definitely a nicely stocked kitchen for kitchenware. The beds are comfortable, & bathrooms are really nice. Highly recommend the property for family time.

Perfect Getaway Spot with Friends
There were 4 of us and the house worked out great for us, the layout of the house was great and the backyard amenities were perfect. My friends had never been to Palm Springs before so it was great that we had such a fun house to stay at. It was quick to get anywhere and the grocery store was an easy walk or bike ride away. There is a bit of road noise but it's fairly quiet at night and it didn't distract from our enjoyment of the pool and spa!

The house is lovely. It had everything we needed and more! This is probably one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. The only feedback I have for the owner is to keep up with the bicycle maintance and the pool floaties. We tried to go on a group bike ride but 3 out of the 6 beach cruiser tires were flat and some of the pool floaties had holes. Being and avid bike rider, finding a house that provides beach cruisers was a big selling point. So I was pretty bummed that we were unable to go on our group bike ride. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Had an amazing time staying at this property in Palm Springs! Our host Ryan responded quickly to questions and made the whole check-in process very easy. The house itself is very well designed - loved the open concept! And the backyard was incredible! We spent alot of time in the pool! A little bit of noise on the weekday mornings...I'm assuming work traffic?Super close to all the restaurants & shops in Downtown Palm Springs. Overall this rental was perfect for a relaxing weekend with friends. Thanks so much!

Convenient and Charming
We had the best time staying in this home. It had everything we needed to celebrate a relaxing 40th birthday party with just a few friends and family members who all travelled to be with me. The house accommodated all 6 adults and one preteen. Everything we wanted to see in Palm Springs was no more than 12 minutes away and we also enjoyed the time we just stayed at the home and hungout by the pool. Would definitely book again!

We loved the pool, hot tub and amenities. So convenient to town. The host was very well stocked and equipped for the night that we grilled and ate from home. There was a scare with the plumbing but the owners were so responsive and followed up enough that we really appreciated the service and attention! All in all, a great location on the breezy side of town! Two of my crew remarked about the night traffic sounds (a lone motorcycle or loud car going by on occasion) but I was in the middle room and did not notice at all and I’m a light sleeper.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The lovely mid-century architecture, which might be relatively commonplace in Palm Springs, I still find so striking. While the house itself is relatively small, the space is utilized very well, with three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The back yard is the star and the saltwater pool is a great place to spend a hot, sunny day without totally ruining your skin. Yes, the property is adjacent to a 45mph speed limit road, but the house itself is extremely private with tall shrubs/bushes on all sides which helps with noise as well. The location is also a quick drive to most everything Palm Springs has to offer, or on one of the bikes at the property. I would absolutely recommend this property and stay here again myself.
