Classic and comfy mid-century modern Alexander home within 5 min. of downtown restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Classic and comfy furnishings inside and out and a fun music themed decor. My house features new central air and heating systems, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking / entertaining, remodeled modern bathrooms, brand new beds with body-embracing memory foam mattresses as well as blackout curtains for late-morning sleep just for starters! Mix up a cocktail and lounge poolside or by the conversation set fire pit admiring the gorgeous mountain views - but mostly, just relax and enjoy your stay! The City of Palm Springs ID#3357

Check in is at 4p.m. Early check-ins are possible - please ask. Check-ins prior to 2pm will incur a fee of $35 per hour.
Natural gas prices have tripled for us since Jan. 2022, we're now forced to charge $70 per day to heat the pool. $35 if just the spa tub alone.
There is absolutely NO smoking INSIDE or OUTSIDE the property or you will be subject to a $250 fine.
