"Quiet and serene location. Excellent staff and service. We reached quite late and the staff were kind enough to prepare us some food and nice tea knowing that we have travelled quite far and were starving. Spa, pool, rooms and the dining area were amazing. "

"A lovely retreat. A great place to center yourself. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Only one piece of advice to those considering this hotel. If you are planning to take advantage of spa treatments, I would call them in advance to make sure the spa will be open during your stay. I found that the hours were not always consistent with several hotels in Morocco. Enjoy!! "

"A perfect week .... we loved Les 5 so much, it made it hard to leave to explore! The suites are well designed and super comfortable, the pool and surrounding area is glorious. We had massages one evening - they were incredible. We will certainly be back soon. "

"A lovely place north of the city. It's surrounded by gorgeous gardens and is peaceful and calm. The service we received was impeccable - the hosts were welcoming and incredibly hospitable. If you want somewhere to stay to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Marrakech, then this is the place for you. "We had a lovely stay at Darga Rouge made really special by the kind hospitality of Hakim and his family. The pool and garden are spectacular, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and tajines cooked by the lovely Samira and had an incredibly relaxing hamman and massage. "We stayed 5 nights and it was excellent. Very friendly staffs though they speak little English. Clean and beautiful surroundings. Good choice of food apart from BBQ where mostly beef is served, no other options. Reception desk is too small and limited so at busy times expect long wait for check in/out. Overall very satisfying holiday, will be back."

Really Enjoyable

"We’ve been to Marrakesh many times but this was our first with children. So we chose this hotel as it said heated pool (it wasn’t heated enough for us to get into it) and it worked out really well. They have great facilities for tennis basketball football and the food was really excellent. The Moroccan food and the pasta bar - it was truly lovely. The shuttle to the medina is a great service and the room was perfect. I wish they had smart tvs so we could hook up our Netflix on colder nights. Cosmetics; shower gels etc were just gorgeous. One con - the pool needs to be heated more for winter visitors. I found it odd that the shallow baby pool wasn’t even heated when babies could really do with warmer water. Warmer water for us to swim would have made it perfect. Maybe a family swim time in the indoor pool would be an idea to offer so families can bring kids for a swim on winter days. Even a designated hour! "

"One of our favourite hotels in the world. The staff looks after you like you are their family. It’s perfect place to chill and relax. Spa and hammam are amazing. The cinema and heated swimming pool were nightlights for our 12 year old. It ticks most of the boxes if being perfect Moroccan hideaway in the middle of European winter. "
