There were a few small things in disrepair - door handle, towel racks. Also no tea towels in kitchen. Bar chairs and dinning room chairs were dangerous (loose).

Nice getaway
We needed a place near our family in Indian Wells. This place had enough space, was close enough, and had a pool/hot tub which we wanted. Pros: -Attentive owners checked in on us and responded quickly to questions. -Large place with plenty of space and stocked kitchen -Nice touches like pool towels available and handy - Seperate casita gave space for our adult son to stay -nice big washer/drier and plenty of detergent Cons: -Main TV is streaming only so we couldn’t watch some sports games we would have liked to -pillows and towels were very basic, for the price and type of house expected a bit more luxurious, same observation for type and condition of furniture/decor Overall a very nice stay.

The house was beautiful, with lots of room. Well equipped and clean. Nice pool and hot tub. We enjoyed playing pool and would definitely recommend this place. You do need to have a car.

The house was in a great location. The house was as advertised. The pool and spa were great. Check in process was perfect. Nice welcome with ice in the freezer and popcorn. Only suggestion would be a little more comfortable seating in the living room. Would definitely come back!

Great house
We loved the house- so spacious and appreciated the many bathrooms for our group of ladies! The property owner was helpful and responsive. The pool area is beautiful and private, and the casita is an added bonus! The only comment I would make is there could be more kitchenware- there were only 6 plates for our group of 7. Otherwise I would definitely recommend staying here!

Desert perfection!
I had the pleasure of staying here in Dec 2023 with my wife and two kids, plus my brother-in-law's family, and it was just perfect! It's close to shops, restaurants, and the Living Desert is minutes to the south. The house easily accommodated 8 with exquisite, spacious rooms (esp the master br). We used the arcade game, pool table, and piano all weekend. Even though we chose not to have the pool and spa heated, the backyard had a nice ambience and the view of the sun rising and setting against the San Jacinto's made for some great family photos. Excellent host and property...totally worth the splurge.

Our family absolutely loved our stay and experience! The neighborhood was very serene and house accommodated all our needs, from the huge open kitchen to cook scrumptious meals with plenty of bar stools to eat, chat, and watch tv in the living room to, the pool and jacuzzi, outside bbq, casita was nice for privacy, and the pool table and arcade game to keep us entertained for hours. The communication with the owner was smooth. There were ample restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do around the Palm Desert area, and the owners booklet at the table located at the entrance had many great recommendations and guide from a to z.
