Sip wine, watch golf, relax, and come enjoy our home away from home on your private patio overlooking the 2nd tee box of the Challenge course. Located in the desirable gated community of Palm Valley Country Club. Our spacious, newly updated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath is perfect for families or friends wanting to stay awhile or come for a quick getaway.
Condo was just updated with all new appliances, furniture, beautiful local art, and all the amenities to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. Kitchen is perfect for making your favorite meals and is completely stocked with everything you need including your most used spices! If barbeque is on the menu you'll enjoy using the new BBQ on the front patio that opens up to the kitchen.
Bedrooms are newly furnished and have new Temper-Pedic mattresses so you are sure to sleep soundly. Beds are equipped with high quality linens and comfy hypo-allergenic duvet covers. Both bedrooms have new flat screen TV's and USB plugs to charge all your devices.
Feel like going for a swim? Choose from one of the 46 pools located in Palm Valley, the closest one being about a 1 minute walk from the condo. Don't worry about packing your beach towels, we've got you covered there too! Home also features high-speed wi-fi, cable tv, washer and dryer and garage to park your car.
Centrally located in the valley. Close to shopping, dining, and attractions. We are happy to make any recommendations, just ask!

*Please note Palm Valley golf and tennis club are not available to guests. There are many amazing golf courses in the area and we would be more than happy to recommend our favorites.

This was a perfect spot for an 8 day get away. The resort is lovely and the condo was exactly as advertised. The outdoor deck was perfect for morning coffee and watching the golfers. Beds were fabulous too! Hope to return in the future.

Because my family always gathers at Palm Valley for Thanksgiving, finding a nice clean place at that location is my top priority. I liked the 2 master BRs, each w/ own king bed. Solid property overall.

We enjoyed the outdoors within the entire community. We spent hours out back watching the golfers and the birds. We had beautiful weather and people we met were very friendly. The unit was well supplied with spices dishes pots pans etc.

Exactly what we were looking for. The property was perfect, the complex and pools were very well maintained and the host was responsive, easy to communicate with and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we find ourselves in the desert.

We loved the house & the area. The patio faces the golf course with nice furniture & plenty of shade. Palm Valley is alive with colorful flowers & well manicured lawns. The house is well equipped in the kitchen & bathrooms. We would definitely rent this house again!

It was awesome! Loved both outdoor spaces beautifully furnished, super comfy beds! Only thing I could think of is maybe some area rugs in the bathrooms as you get out of the shower!!! We are trying to plan when we can come back for longer!

It cost us a lot of money for a 2 night stay. We had no shower water. We knew main bath had a problem. But when we went to use the shower in other bath only a stream of water. I will never use vrbo again a shame it cost so much money for 2 nights. Owner dosen!t seem to care about keeping money that he should not keep.

Very Clean, Comfortable & Accessible!
Our stay exceeded our expectation. The property was extremely cleaned, fully stocked, and the location was awesome. We enjoyed breakfast on the outdoor patio, took advantage of the community pools to enjoy the day, and ended the day in super comfortable beds with all the blankets and pillows your heart desires. Our group all agreed that next time we're in the desert, we wont stay anywhere else. Thanks again Ryan!

We have stayed at Palm Valley Country Club for about 25 years, this is the first time in this unit. Loved it. Great outdoor view, very clean condo, and wonderful mattresses. Highly recommend.

The condo was as advertised! Loved both the courtyard with the BBQ and the back patio overlooking the golf course and water/landscaping. It’s hard to beat this neighborhood as it’s full of beautiful landscaping. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. The only negative is the cabinets and counter tops are dated but they are clean. But I would definitely come back here for a longer stay!

Great family getaway.
This property was perfect for our week stay in Palm Springs. The property is exactly as pictured and described, and was stocked with everything we needed to make it our home for the week. The host was great to communicate with, responding to any questions we had in a very timely manner. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the entire property is very well cared for. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room in the dining/living room area for socializing and playing with my 2 year old. We loved hanging out on the patio and watching the golfers in the afternoon while my daughter was napping. And having the pool just at the end of the street was lovely. Truly there is nothing more we could have asked for and would stay here again!

Easy Living! Very Clean and well appointed townhome with fantastic lake views. Loved the outside patio in the morning, front patio in the evening. comfortable great room, well equipped kitchen, two master suites and the BEST - comfortable beds. Swimming pool and hot tub just a short walk. Beautifully landscaped. Owners left great instructions on unit.
