This second story condo is Beautiful, quiet, private and in the heart of Palm Desert. Close to shopping, El Paseo, events, hiking, the living desert, world famous Indian Wells tennis garden, luxury spas, Palm Springs, LaQuinta, Joshua Tree, casino’s great for gambling etc. The complex is pristine, the condo is gorgeous (remodeled, laundry facilities are included, upstairs unit) and the view from the balcony is phenomenal. Internet with streaming device (fire stick) provided to watch your favorite shows on the big screen (TV), BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, in house laundry, linens, towels, kitchen amenities provided.
