Desert Falls Country Club

Newly remodeled furnished condo. This country club is located across the street from the JW Desert Springs Marriott and is within walking distance to top area restaurants and grocery stores.

Two furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms, office space, laundry room, living room, kitchen and patio. Located in Palm Desert, this condo overlooks a pool and spa and this guard gated community offers a clubhouse restaurant and bar, full fitness center with weight room, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course. For pickleball lovers, this property features 8 courts and has open play daily from 8am-12pm.

Property is near Palm Desert shopping district El Paseo and less then two miles from Acrisure Arena! If you plan to do any hiking make sure to let me know. I will provide you information on the best trails in the area, including where you are most likely to find the Bighorn Sheep.

The property was very nice and clean and comfortable on first impression when you walk in the door and our stay met or exceeded all our expectations. The host Matthew made check in and check out a breeze and he was easy to get in touch with. Unit was very near one of the pools and spas in the gated golf course community of Desert Falls. Will definitely stay there again.

This was our third Vrbo inside desert Falls, and by far our favorite, The overall attention to essentials and atmosphere really made for a pleasant stay. After a long road trip checking in was very easy. Communication was easy as well. Swimming pool just out the back door what more could you ask for 10 out of 10 property!

The location and accomodations were fantastic. The pool is steps out the door. The kitchen is well stocked and overall it was one of my better experiences renting in Palm Desert. Matt the owner was fantastic and the communication with him couldn't of been any better. I will be staying here again in the future.

Perfect Coachella weekend!
We had a great stay at Matthew’s property over Coachella weekend. The unit is clean, spacious, and well stocked. Being close to 2 shuttle stops was very convenient. Matthew was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Would recommend!

Fabulous rental AND owner!!!
We have stayed in countless VRBOs over the decades, and this property is without question the most well-stocked unit we have ever stayed in. Everything you might need and more awaits you there. The unit is immaculate, with charming touches such as the dishtowels made to look like a shirt and tie. The view from the living room over the balcony and pool is lovely and relaxing. The location is great, and it's a beautiful area to walk in. The landlord was wonderfully responsive and accomodating. Great thanks, Matt! We can't wait to come back someday!!
