Located in the Sandroc Condominiums complex, this 2BR/2.5BA desert condo offers easy access to shopping and fine dining at El Paseo, just a short walk away. Guests can enjoy a round of golf at Indian Wells or Desert Willow Golf Resorts, experience live performances at the McCallum Theatre, or venture out for a hike in the local area. If you prefer to stay close, take advantage of the shared pool and hot tub!

Winter escape

Property came as advertised, all rooms, kitchen were clean and well maintained. Host responded immediately when bbq needed propane refill, pool area was clean, walking distance to most shops was minimal

Fantastic place in a great location

Second time we stayed here. Everything about this rental is great except for the mattress in the main bedroom. We rolled to the middle, so we slept in the second bedroom which has an outstanding mattress.Screen for the upper veranda was broken the last time we stayed there and is still broken. Only offer these two items for information. We live the place and it’s location and will rent it again

Wonderful location

This condo is just a few blocks from El Paseo. Wonderful location! Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Just steps from the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean, perfect location just behind El Paseo, super close to great shopping and restaurants, very comfortable beds. Three bathrooms! What can I say, this is my idea of the perfect spot in Palm Desert. Great hosts, covered parking... I can go on...!!

Great place in a superb location

Property is exactly how the pictures show it. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome location. One of the rare areas where you can actually walk to shops and restaurants. Pool area is quite large and was very quiet. You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely condo in a great location!

The condo is in an awesome location, one and half blocks off of El Paseo. The property is exactly as pictured. Furnishings are comfortable and there are plenty of supplies for guest use. We enjoyed the hot tub at the pool area in the evenings as well. This a safe, lovely area of Palm Desert. Really beautiful!

Sweet Spot in an Excellent Location

If you love Palm Desert and Paseo Drive then this condo is in the perfect location. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The beds very comfortable and the Pool was cleaned regularly throughout the week of our stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Chic Condo in the perfect location

My family and I have been visiting Palm Desert for years and will absolutely be staying at Dustin and Brianna’s Chic Condo again. The condo was in the perfect location; we could walk to get our morning coffee, lunch at Tommy Bahamas, shopping on El Paseo, and dinner at Agave. The Pool was also in a great location, and the condo had everything we needed. We look forward to next spring break, or sooner. Nicole

Great for 4 but not more!

This property was perfect for four people but not more. We play lots of cards and the table should have a leaf in it for 5-6 people. Not enough glasses but plenty of wine glasses. Location was perfect!

Cute place, very short walk to El Paseo

This condo is lovely overall, and very comfortable, updated, and clean. It's one street behind El Paseo, minutes to walk to all the shops and galleries, which is what I wanted. It was very quiet while I was there also, which I appreciated. The pool was also very nice, large enough to not be on top of others and to swim laps, and the perfect temperature. The check-in process was not the easiest as you have to navigate 2 locked, coded gates AND then find a different code to open a lockbox to get a key for the door. Very complicated after a long drive in the heat. Make sure you read instructions and know BOTH codes (gate codes are pretty obvious, I had to dig to find the lockbox code) before you get out of the car or you will be very frustrated trying to find the key to the front door. Also, be aware of your check-in time because you will not be allowed in even a few minutes early if you arrive early. That said, after I got past the check-in and figured out the locks, I really enjoyed my stay. Bring ice as the fridge ice maker doesn't work. I would stay there again.

Really loved the condo and neighborhood. Walking to shops and restaurants was great. The pool and hot tub were very nice and not many people. Had a plumbing issues to report and the property manager was really responsive. Would definitely book here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the complex (near El Paseo) is great and its facilities are well kept Be aware that but the unit itself looks over the parking lot so shutters must be kept closed for privacy. Staff were responsive and helpful but the place itself is in need of serious maintenance, replacement/augmentation of basic items (i had to buy oven mitts, dish towels etc. Linens were clean but some were torn and tatty). The bathroom and kitchen and other obvious places were clean when we arrived but sunlight revealed stained carpets, dirty walls, and the need for and a very serious deep cleaning (the air vents were so gross that I felt compelled to clean them a bit).
