Kids bedroom with bunk & trundle. Sleeps 10!  Canal Views from most bedrooms. Be prepared to be amazed the minute you will walk in to this beautiful newly renovated elegant coastal beauty. Beautiful kitchen with granite counters perfect entertainment spot with bar seating and dining table seating for up to 8 people+ formal dining room with sitting 8. Cozy family room with beautiful coastal white furniture and large screen Internet Smart TV. Enjoy pool and canal views from all the entertainment areas. Huge In Ground Heated Pool & Spa covered with 2 story screened enclosure. Dine by the pool area. Sun loungers and umbrellas are perfect to enjoy beautiful outdoors. Fish, Kayak (2 kayaks & life jackets provided), Paddle board or bring your boat to the private dock. Amazing space for a large family or 2 families come together. Downstairs master suite with king size bed, luxurious master suite with whirlpool tub and large walk in shower. Upstairs is another master (does not have private bath) with king size bed and beautiful views of the canal and access to large balcony. Another bedroom upstairs has queen size bed also has access to the balcony. Across the hall is perfect kids bedroom with full size bed (could also sleep adults)upper bunk and trundle for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has smart internet TV's. Upstairs loft has working desk with blue tooth printer, perfect for long distance working. Downstairs game room has pool table awesome for family get together and play. Owners have generously included 2 cruising bikes foe guests usage. Double + single kayak for water family fun. Nearby miles of walking and biking trails. Short 15 min drive to the beach. European Village literally around the corner with lots of restaurants and entertainment events for your whole family to enjoy. 

Pets are welcome $100 +tax per pet will need to be added to reservation. Pool heater $287 +tax per week or $200 weekly for multiple week stays. Please let us know you will be bringing your pet or would like to add pool heater will be happy to assist.

Guest Access:
Master bath tub jets Instructions
Make sure water is over the jets before you turn on or water will spray everywhere.
Turn on the switch to left of vanity.
Press the black button on bath tub.
Vary the jet strength by twisting the chrome twister on side of bath.
You can put a finger inside the jet to adjust positioning.
List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Beautiful home
This property is very lovely. I’m a clean freak and the house was immaculate. The pool area is beautiful and there’s plenty of room to spread out. There’s a bathroom out by the pool which was very nice. It is very quiet and relaxing. It’s also close to shopping and such so its location was perfect for us. Alina was on hand to answer questions and was reachable very quickly. There was a couple of things that needed addressing and she took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great location; spacious and well-decorated home; easy check-in; nice dock and river access with kayaks; well-kept pool (but bear in mind the shape doesn’t allow for safe diving or jumping in for kiddos); and quick responses from property management. Cons: the copper pans in the home are brand new but are not compatible with the “smart” stovetop, making cooking challenging; the grill was rusted over; and two of the doors leading outside (one to the pool, the other to the upper deck) had broken knobs when we arrived. We asked for repairs to the door leading to the pool and someone was sent promptly to fix it; however, the “fix” left the door without a lock, which was a huge hazard for our curious 1 year old. Of note: There was an A/C outage for the first few days of our week-long stay. Property management did everything they could to remedy the situation but were ultimately unable to cool 2 out of 4 of the bedrooms using portable units. Half of our party chose to stay elsewhere during those first days because of the heat. When they asked for a partial refund at the end of our trip, property management said we should have reached out sooner and they would have either found us a new house or gotten a hotel. They offered a refund in credit, but only if we left a positive review. We made a mistake by not asking for different accommodations sooner, but we did not appreciate the bribe to leave a positive review.

Everything was perfect and looked exactly as pictured. The house is out of the hustle and bustle of town but a very close drive. There was plenty of room for our group of 9. All of our questions were answered very quickly. If I am ever in the area again I would consider staying here.

This was perfect for our girl's get away. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, bikes and roominess of the house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. My only suggestion is to have something to help put and take out the kayaks/canoes into the water.

Short but sweet!
My family and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful and well kept home during spring break. Our host was kind and kept checking in with us. This home was everything we could have ask for and more. The pictures were an exact reflection of the home. We enjoyed kayaking on the canal all the way to the preserve nearby. Home away from home. It was simply beautiful! We have family in the Hammock, so we can’t wait to visit again.

Gorgeous Property!
Exactly as shown online. Property was beautiful, cozy, comfortable, clean, and well-supplied. It was convenient to restaurants, stores, and most importantly, the beach! Brand new stove and cookware delivered at beginning of our stay which was a nice little bonus. Property management was prompt, personable, and helpful. Would stay here again and again!

Lovely Home!
We felt right at home in this beautiful VRBO. It’s comfortable and has everything we needed. It’s decorated beautifully. It would be nice to have been able to control the pool water temperature ourselves. We paid over $500 for a heated pool but because it was so cold outdoors, it was never warm enough.

Christmas stay
We were looking for a larger home for our family while visiting for Christmas and this home provided everything we were seeking. The layout of the home is very family friendly and comfortable, with room for everyone to spread out. The pool and dock areas are lovely, but sadly the weather did not provide many opportunities to enjoy them this time. Our grandchildren asked if we could rent the house again! We will be back!

Loved this house so much!
This house is so beautiful! It is clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. Our family loved the kayaks, bikes, and pool table. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. We paid to have the pool heated and it was well worth the extra fee. Alina was super responsive and any issues were minor and tended to right away. Grateful for this getaway and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this property. Nice neighborhood, super quiet at night, very safe feeling. Close to the things you need, but without a touristy feel. We enjoyed the updated decor, lots of room for people to relax, nap, play in the pool or read without interference, but also lots of room to gather as well. We had a bit of an issue with the pool lacking water and not heating properly, but communication with the property manager was quick and helpful and was fixed for when the weather turned really nice. Would definitely return to this property for a future vacation.

Great Vacation with the Family!
What an amazing vacation! My husband, 2 kids and I visited with my husband’s parents. My kids are 3 and 4 years old. Traveling is not easy with the kids, but the house was so comfortable for the entire family. Actual blackout curtains and kid friendly touches like a high chair are provided. My kids actually napped every day and the adults were left to relax and float around in the pool. So relaxing! I’d 100% recommend this property to anyone and I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Lovely house in Palm Coast
We had a lovely week in this beautiful house in Palm Coast. Pool area was excellent, and decor was very modern. Palm Coast was a new area for us, and the local restaurants and beaches have all been good. A pleasant surprise. Any issues were very minor.

this house was everything my family and I expected and more. The rooms were fantastic, the pools was amazing. My 10yo daughter and 5yo nephew loved swimming everyday that we were there. Would recommend to anyone needing a larger house for their vacation.

Beautiful Retreat
Our stay here was wonderfull! the house was beautiful and clean. The beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking. The pool was beautiful and perfect, looking at the water was beautiful. We saw Manatees and Mantaray's swimming in the canal and there were deer all over the neighborhood. all together it was an incredible stay!

Family vacation
This was our first time traveling with an infant and this house was the perfect retreat for a vacation staycation! The house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great, but the heat was not reliable. The vacation home agency and Greg were great at helping us trouble shoot. The house had a pack n play and high chair that were great for our baby. The house was very clean! The billiards table was a fun night time activity. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

AMAZING!!! & Well Stocked Home in a Quiet, Beautiful Neighborhood
It exceeded all our expectations and it's Decorated like a magazine! Don't know where to start... Pool area is huge, we had fun kayaking, you see all sorts of wildlife, played pool, sat and relaxed on the big balcony upstairs looking at Waterview. very convenient that all the rooms have TVs. you can play cards in one of their dining tables, there are three!!! one in dining room, one in breakfast nook and one outside. everything you need in the kitchen, my favorite the coffee station. There are bikes, BBQ you name it... I also liked the fact that it's close to beach and restaurants. We had Fun!!! Thanks for all your attention.
