Felt like home!
Nice quiet setting on ICW. Very close to the beach and several restaurants. Condo is VERY well equipped- just bring your flip flops and bathing suits! Top notch! Would like to stay here again!

Enjoyed our fun vacation in this condo! We walked for miles, biked all over the area, visited St. Augustine and local beach parks. Great area and comfortable condo. Loved having morning coffee on the screened porch admiring the lovely view. Host was communicative and friendly.

This place is truly a gem! Back yard is the marina and nature preserve. It’s exactly what we were looking for, for Mother’s Day weekend. We overall had a very good time. The place itself is super cute, and warm. Very inviting. Very neat. Everything you need was there! So we appreciated all of that very much! The porch was our favourite and the master had an amazing view. Very spacious place. We would recommend this place, and would stay again.

Excellent experience!
We have been staying in VRBOs for over a decade and can honestly say this is one of our best experiences. Reserving through Evolve was easy, communicating with the host, Emily, was simple, and the condo itself was clean and perfect for our family of 5. The cleaning crew does a superb job of keeping this place up! I had to search for an item that one of my children dropped under a guest bed and I was impressed to find it clean as that is a commonly overlooked area in rentals. We did not lack for anything - there were plenty of towels, a well stocked kitchen, extension cords everywhere to make reaching outlets easy, extra shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand lotion and toilet paper in case it was needed. The linens on the beds felt like they were of decent quality and like they were newer. There was a blow dryer in the master bathroom which was convenient since I forgot mine. They really thought of everything! I appreciate the extra effort that these owners put forth in their rental. It’s obvious they take pride in it and I am thankful they allowed us to enjoy it as well. We usually vacation with another family and get a larger condo but if we come back to Palm Coast with only my family of 5, we would not hesitate to rent this lovely place again.

I love this nice, cozy and excellent condo. It had everything we needed and much more. The owner pleasantly sent all the information needed by text and email, and was available when requested. They left a welcoming gift which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend the place.

Peaceful easy feeling.
This was an extremely clean, comfortable home with the best water pressure I've ever experienced. The setting was great, with views a river with a usable dock and close to beaches , restaraunts, or just relaxing. Great getaway.
