Unit 721, an owner’s masterpiece. No stone left un-turned in this exquisite property. Recently remodeled, from beds to kitchenware to furnishings throughout the property!

When entering the property, you will be greeted by gorgeous wood look tile through the main living space, which leads to jaw dropping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The waves seem so close you could touch them right off the balcony, while relaxing on the lounge chairs or at the extra-large dining table. You can even see and hear the ocean from the beautifully decorated living room and dining room.

The plush King Master Suite invites with elegant linens and decor, not to mention the enormous picture window as you drift off to sleep or roll out of bed to the incredible sunrises off the water.

The second KING BEDROOM, unique to vacation rentals, resides towards the center of the unit. This room offers a private en-suite full bath for extra privacy. The third bedroom with EXTRA LONG twins completes the bedrooms and has a Wii system for game play and fun!

The eat-in kitchen is a beauty, with all black stainless-steel appliances and magnificent dark granite. The owners spared no expense in making sure you will have everything you need to cook some of your favorite meals. Little added touches include, but are not limited to luxurious wine glasses, beachy plates, silverware, coffee pot, Keurig, etc. Enjoy quick unit access on the 2nd floor - no waiting on the elevator. Really enjoyed our time at the condo on Cinnamon Beach. The condo was on the first floor close to the walkway with only one flight of steps to go up and down. The condo was spacious, clean, well-stocked with essentials for cooking, and very comfortable for the 7 of us.

Beautiful Cinnamon Beach!
We have stayed at the condo's at Cinnamon Beach numerous times the properties are generally very nice. This one was fantastic. It had been recently renovated and redecorated. And was done very well. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the ocean. We had a lovely vacation.

Reviewer Comments: Not only was the view breathtaking and stunning, the owners of this unit have clearly put so much thought and attention into creating a welcoming space for families - from complete kitchen supplies to beach gear tucked away in every hidden closet and bench you can find to more! We were so comfortable during our stay, and it's true when they say this is a dog-friendly community. Our pup loved her experience on the beach and friendly vacationers greeted us (and her!) everywhere we went. The amenities were such a pleasant surprise and absolutely perfect for young kids. Our toddler and two 1st graders had a blast in the kid pool and splash pad area as well as the game room, playing air hockey and more. The food and drinks at the poolside cafe were awesome. We will be back!! A quick, easy getaway from Orlando that was worth every penny. It did not disappoint!

The bathrooms in the non-primary bedroom and the hallway had drainage issues with the showers and my husband pulled a lot of hair out of both showers. That should be paid a little more attention to. Also - the fans in the 2nd King bedroom and the primary bathrooms do not work. The only other issue is more of a personal one - The windows did not open. I like open windows. Other than that this condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We would rent this again. The pools were amazing and the location was great for what we needed. Loved St. Augustine.
