Tideline is a little hidden gem amongst the pomp and panache of Palm Beach County. A relaxing vacation amongst the Palms on the beautiful beach and it has something for all walks of life or simply the therapy of a walk on the beach! Fabulous beachfront location. Great room with balcony. The hotel has been recently redone, and those parts look good. The pool was nice, but unfortunately, is not beachfront. There is a new gym that I thought was great. I think the service could be upgraded throughout the hotel, and hopefully they will work on that.

Frank, the bartender at Mizu, provided phenomenal service. All food is made to order so zero worries regarding food allergies. The ceviche is the best I’ve ever had. The hotel was recently remodeled. It’s bright, airy and expertly appointed. Already looking forward to a return visit.

This property could have been very nice and worth the money but it wasn't and left a lot to be desired. We will not stay there again. For a quick get away - everything was just too stressful. Pros: -Great views of the ocean -Near lots of activities and dining -Very nice pool and hot tub area -Beach attendant was very pleasant and helpful Cons: -Unorganized service and staff -Had to call 4 times to the front desk for service in our room and eventually had to go to the front desk -Staff left both room doors open and unsecured while we were out (luckily nothing was taken) -Food was just ok

Poorly managed on very front. Constant knocking on my door by staff, despite do-not-disturb sign. Charged for room I already paid to a third party. No one vacuums.
