The house is conveniently located less than 12 min drive to Juno Beach Park (free parking, restrooms, showers, picnic area), Roger Dean Stadium, FITTEAM Ballpark & Paley Institute. It is also only 15 mins from downtown West Palm Beach and 12 miles from West Palm Beach Airport. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly, consists mostly of single family houses. The nearby Downtown shops and restaurants are wonderful. Even on rainy days you can sit outside on the love seat under the covered screened patio and enjoy the yard.

Separate from the main house the property also features a small newly remodeled studio apartment, that’s also listed and available for rent, with a modern bathroom and a private entrance. Studio apartment does not have access to the main house, the backyard or the pool.

BBQ GAS GRILL / KITCHEN OVEN

Our property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note, guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. Thank you for helping us maintain these amenities for all to enjoy!

Please note that pool heating is available at $25 per day (Nov - Apr).
