We kindly ask that only registered guests (up to 14) be allowed on the property, whether staying overnight or visiting. Approval is required for groups exceeding 10, with an additional fee for guests beyond that number. A maximum of 4 vehicles is permitted.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you are welcome to smoke outside, provided cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly. Pre-approval is required if you plan to bring pets.
We ask that guests respect our neighbors, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

In the event that HOUSE RULE(S) are breached, regrettably, we will consider it a cancellation of your booking. This will result in the termination of your stay, with all guests being required to leave the property immediately. Please note that we will not be obligated to provide any refunds for fees already paid. Furthermore, if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will incur additional charges for each guest beyond the number originally specified in your reservation.
