OVERVIEW: This is 1BR /1BA Suite is in a single story, yellow, triplex sitting on a bluff overlooking the Indian River. There is a private entrance on the left side of the building with an "A" next to the door. This unit is approximately 750 sf. There is a queen bed, 2 nightstands, Lamps and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The center room has a small table with 4 chairs that candouble as a desk, plus a long countertop with cupboards for storage. The front room has a sectional sofa and a smart TV with large picture windows with views of the water in the distance. The bathroom has a large shower and the kitchen has full size fridge. This unit is great for long term visits with a significant monthly discount that is automatically applied when you enter monthly dates.

PARKING: Onsite Parking for one car onsite. Sorry, no guest, trailer or boat parking. The building is on a busy road, but it is quiet inside due to block walls and dual pane windows. We recommend waiting for the light at Palm Bay Rd to change, and traffic to slow down before pulling in or out.

BEDROOMS: The Bedroom has a Queen bed, nightstands, lamps, and a ceiling fan with lights.

LIVING ROOM: There is sectional and a smart TV

KITCHENETTE/DINING/BATH: The sunny Kitchenette has a small dinette that can double as a workspace. There is a full size fridge and freezer, a toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and a small butcherblock cutting board. Shelves below hold knives, uutensils, wraps, wine opener, and silverware, Dishes and Induction-Compatible Pots and pans and Fire blanket (redpkg) are stored below.

There is a Large Shower in the bathroom but please bring your own toiletries. There is also a Dishpan, dish soap and a dish rack in the bathroom vanity cabinet.

HVAC: Mgmt remotely-controls the HVAC system. It is programmed to stay between 72 - 74 degrees. Please call 858 527 8444 between 10 am and 8 pm if you need an adjustment. There is an extra blanket and Ceiling and a supplemental, guest-controlled portable A/C. For use only in summer.

YARD: No fires please. There is one house below, between us and the water. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.

DISCOUNTS: Discounts are automatically applied for weekly and monthly stays.

Perfect little spot for small family
My husband and I came down from Maryland to pick our son up from Florida Institute of Technology and bring him home for the summer. Last April we stayed over in side "A" for a few days which was nice and just enough space. Staying in side "B" was a little more spacious for us. We love the location beings it's so close to campus and less than 10 minutes from beach and shopping. Lee Ann is a great host and communicates extremely well with us!

Good communication and location, Was clean and comfortable. Interior was much nicer than exterior. Grateful for the coffee and great shower, kitchen and being able to do laundry. we were properly warned that the parking is a little dangerous and it was.

Baseball trip
The place was fine for what we needed. We did eventually figure out the tv. The shower pressure was less than excellent but it got the job done. All I was looking for was someplace to sleep and then watch my son play baseball in Vero Beach and it was just that.
