Beautiful with complete new kitchen & bathrooms 3DR/2 BH home is ideal for a get away and even extended stay rentals. House is conveniently located close to I95, 20 min from beach and an hour away from Orlando. Completely equipped kitchen with everything you need from a short to long stay, coffee and tea provided. This house is great for business travelers as well due to the convenient check in/out process equipped with a key pad to check in at anytime after 3PM. House has a total of 4 beds plus an air mattress, can sleep up to 7 guests. New charcoal grill and Netflix. Host also offers 30% discount on stays 30 days or more. Very convenient to shoppes, grocery stores and great golf courses. Extra cleaning precautions and 24 between guests allowed in order to follow CDC COVID guidelines and protect our guests.

Very nice vacation home
We really enjoyed out stay at this vacation rental. The home was nicely furnished and had all the little extras as well. Comfortable accommodations and convenient location. Host was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive to any needs we had. Looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect Property and location
I rented this property for the weekend for my family attending a wedding in the area. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very thoughtful, there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Thank you. Instructions to get in were clear and easy. We travelled from different locations, so we arrived at different times, however, we had no problems getting in. Thank you for the accommodation, we had a great time.

Went for USSSA tournament
Our family of 7 went down to attend a week long softball tournament. We had a wonderful time at the house and nearby beaches. It felt like home and not overly touristy. We were there for 7 nights and 8 days. We cooked at least 2 times a day in the kitchen and every utensil and pan was there we needed. The kids had a blast with the toys that were there. There was also a pool nearby that was inexpensive to go to that the kids enjoyed. All in all a great place to stay and we will go back if our team returns to that tournament maybe even if they don't!

Perfect Home for our Needs
The home was perfect to accommodate my spouse and me as we stayed for one month. Our son and his two friends came for six days before heading back to college. We all had plenty of room and there were enough beds. The owner was very responsive. We couldn't figure out the garbage disposal because the switch was hidden behind a multi USB port. She immediately got back to us. Had a great stay.

Perfect for our family of 5. Close to beach (30-45mins depending on beach) and everything else we wanted (3hrs to Tampa, 1hr to Orlando). Rental even included beach toys/wagons/umbrella/bikes and more available to use. Fantastic home that’s very affordable.

We had not seen my sister since 2018. This was our chance to get together for a late celebration of her 79th birthday. We had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Great place.

Place was clean and perfect for all of us to relax and have plenty of room. Neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. Property manager was very helpful with answering questions prior to our stay and during our stay. Make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo for showering. We will return if we are in the area again. We had a wonderful visit.

Time away in Melbourne
An enjoyable stay at a comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the bicycles left in the garage and took a few leisurely treks around the neighborhood. We even used the canvas folding chairs in the garage to bring on a few visits to nature parks. Nice! The owner was very responsive to several questions we had and was easy to contact. Unfortunately, the neighbors in the back of us had dogs, and one dog that was out until about 8 pm and would bark until let in. But this was a small annoyance in an otherwise lovely stay.
