"Property is located in a very good spot in front of the sea. Rooms are spacious and nice. Only negative factor is that if it’s crowed you can hear almost everything. Apart from that the breakfast is served on a box and given to the room which contains a few basic items. Friendly staff."

"Our room was double reserved. They give to us one 4 bad apartment for one night and for next night 4 bad studio. For next 8 days they reserved to us room in other hotel. We muved 3 times. I never will go at this hotel."

"Staff goes way beyond usual customer care. Everyday clean towels room immaculately clean, view from the balcony is remedy for your eyes. Nikiti has problem with streets but it’s positioned well for access to all beautiful Sithonia beaches. Will stay here again "

"The property is very unique and our favourite hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Greece! It is very family friendly (I am 7 months pregnant and we also had our dog with us) the staff was very accommodating and sweet, always checked up on us if we are ok and very sweet with our dog. The private beach is the best part of the hotel. You walk down a private pine forrest path for 5-10 mins to get to the beach. It’s very peaceful and quiet there. Just what we needed! "The house itself is very clean, very complete and nice. Maybe a bit small, especially the masterbedroom feels a bit cramped. Everything you might need is there, even toiletteries and beachtowels. Contact with Athanasios was friendly and nice. The view from the garden is fantastic! The garden is lovely, the pool is clean and nice. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 14 to town. This accomodation is exactly as it shows on the website! Highly recommended!"

"Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe haben super unproblematisch geklappt. Netter Vermieter. Alles war vorhanden, es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar Zahnpasta,-bürsten und auch Duschgel und Shampoo waren schon vor Ort. Nette Anlage mit tollem Pool. Danke!"

"Beautiful villa, with lots of outdoor space and excellent pool. Villa itself is clean, well equipped, modern and spacious. We were a family of 7 and really enjoyed our stay, and wished we had booked longer than a week! Villa is up a rather steep hill which we walked down to the main square (10mins) but used a taxi to get back at the cost of 5euro. Victor (the host) was excellent, communication was great through WhatsApp and he even took us to the local supermarket one day and picked us up...
