"The property was excellent, newly renovated and very clean. It was very well located, walk distance to the city centre and means of transports. The only thing that there were a lot of steps to get to the apartment, there wasn't any lift. It was hard after a long day of walk. Any way, we were very happy to spend our holidays in such a nice property :-)"

"The owner Paolo was super helpful with providing information in regards to transportation from the airport to his place. He greated us when we got there and gave us excellent information about the surronding area, like places to go and places to eat. Place was very clean and nice and provided continental breakfast. "Small authentic B&B in an upmarket area of Palermo with parking. Convenient location. Very large room for a family of 5 and beds were comfy. Don’t expect 5 star decor and furnishings. Photos are accurate. A great stay - would recommend! "

"Loved this place in the middle of town! Need to make sure you have whatsapp to get instructions to enter building and the entry keys. Parking is impossible in the area. Only the $20/day pay garage nearby is an option or walking many blocks. The cleanliness was impecable. Never seen a place so clean and I travel weekly. "This B&B is an apartment in a 6- or 8-story building. When you book a room, you are booking a bedroom within this apartment. We had a room with a bathroom in the room but I don't think all have that. The room is very small and there is not a lot of storage solutions so we didn't have enough space to unpack both of our suitcases. "After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"We came off the ferry at 5 am, and we were thankfully allowed to check Into a vacant room as soon as the reception was open (8:30 am) in order to take a nap before exploring the town. Giada was lovely and helpful with a booking error as well. It's a really cool, stylish little hotel in a very walkable area near the old port. We have a room on the back of the building without much of a view, but a cute little patio and it's dead quiet, which is perfect. The bathroom is nice and renovated. Trying out the breakfas tomorrow, so I can't comment on that. But we'd definitely stay here again. Grazie Mille! "
