Great House, but Definitely Has Flaws
We stayed here twice in a week. We left for Favignana for two nights then came back. The first half was okay. The gate wasn't opening, hot tub did not work (it never worked the entire duration of our stay) and the pool was too cold to get in. We were never told about these things not working. There was no extra trash bags - we were provided one. The beds were not comfortable. The location is not great - you are close to the Zen and not close enough to Mondello. When we came back for our second half, the place was cleaned but toilet paper was not replaced, no paper towels, and again no trash bags. The downstairs bathroom did not have a toliet seat. The upstairs AC did not work very well - it was extremely hot up there. Overall, I would not stay here again. The only perk was the size of the house with 8 people.
