Recently renovated, the apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator. The entrance opens into a bright living room with a sofa, TV cabinet, dining table, and access to the balcony. The dining room has a second table and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and kettle.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms, the first with a queen-sized bed, desk, wardrobe, and balcony, and the second with a queen-sized bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the layout.

Guests will enjoy amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wifi, air conditioning in the bedroom and in the kitchen, and heating.
