Сам отель расположен крайне удачно: на относительно тихой улице между двумя театрами: Массимо и Политеама. Он находится в старом жилом доме на втором этаже. В распоряжении гостей 6 номер разной вместимости, отелем управляет семья, в которой никто не говорит по-английски, даже молодое поколение. Что касаемо размещения: нас попытались надуть при заезде. 1. при заселении попросили номер брони, после этого заселили не в тот номер. 2. двум девушкам дали номер с одной двухместной кроватью. 3. плюсом, не хотели давать второй комплект постельного белья - типа спите в обнимку под одним... 4. после двух попыток переговоров нам пообещали переселить в малюсенький двухместный номер с двумя кроватями на следующий день, пока там жили родственники хозяина 5. после настойчивых требований предоставить наш оплаченный номер и угроз позвонить в службу бронирования хозяин согласился нам отдать наш номер. Но при этом так возмущался, что этот номер на троих, а вас двое! Зачем вам такой номер? 6. На следующий день мы заехали в наш номер и обнаружили, что номер слегка не убран: пол в ванной грязный: провела влажной салфеткой по полу. а та стала грязно-серой, в шкафу обнаружили детский подгузник, а под кроватью - игрушку. 7. псевдоудорка была один раз, белье не меняли вообще! Что порадовало: сеньора прекрасно варила кофе на утро! А вот кекс на утро хранился на кухне с вечера... Что касается конкретно размещения:

Il personale e la posizione del B&B sono stati assolutamente eccellenti. La qualità è la quantità del mangiare e del bere per la colazione sono un altro loro punto di forza. Ottimo soggiorno. Unica pecca: la sala colazioni è adiacente alle camere in ingresso e già dalle 8 c’è molto chiasso. Si consiglia di prenotare le stanze in fondo al corridoio
