No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "

"The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."

"Unique, clean and beautiful remodeled tower. Traveling with family (5 total), there was plenty of space and accommodations had a full kitchen (we mainly used for breakfast). Location about a mile walk to the old town square. We drove to the Mojano lot due to our son with special needs (8 minute drive). "We stayed at Villa Mari for 2weeks. We are a family of 15 and we rented four of Mario’s 7 apartments. It worked especially well for us as it gave us our own space yet we were still able to eat and socialise together. The apartments were all ready for us when we arrived. It was very late but Mario and his lovely daughter Francesca waited for us until after midnight to settle us in. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was clean and we loved the old school coffee pot to make our espresso in the morning. Marcello and all the other staff were really friendly and extremely helpful, they made sure that we had a lovely time in this beautiful rustic getaway. We cannot thank them enough! "Villa Eleanora is in quite a lovely location convenient to many sites in Umbria. The facilities were very well taken care of and clean. The outdoor terrace and pool areas were really lovely. The inside could use a little updating especially the kitchen area. Also more lighting would help. All in all quite a nice experience. "
