"Beautiful hotel situated on an ancient farm. The “new” buildings were constructed 200-300 years ago, yet are totally modern inside. Gardening is beautiful. Staff are incredibly friendly, caring and helpful. Breakfast was great and presented in a personal, pleasant way on a lovely patio. We loved this place—the best so far on our 3-week tour of Southern Italy and Sicily."

"Cute boutique hotel with helpful staff. We loved the location which was close to our favorite beach at Ortigia. It is not easy to reach the hotel by car and park but staff was super helpful to help us navigate. Rooms are very spacious for european standards. Sea view terrace or run would be nice to have."

"A lovely property and welcoming hosts. Our room was great, ground floor with views of beautiful Noto. A pretty terrace for guests. Only complaints: Wifi didn’t work well in our room as it seemed too far away from the modem. At 50 Euros. price for one load of laundry seemed exorbitant. "

Room small , shower in corner of bathroom with a plastic curtain . No glasses in room took glasses from behind bar as nobody about to provide. "The property is in an amazing town with much history. The biggest problem is access. We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps. My wife and I are not kids but when we arrived, after not being met at the train station as promised we had to carry our bags up about 75-100 steps to our room.
