The Palau Green Village residential complex has been designed to reflect the tradition and architecture of the island. All apartments are made with the typical Sardinian stone and inserted in well-kept gardens, created with the plants of the Mediterranean and the granite rocks of Gallura sculpted by the wind. Walkways in the green connect the apartments and the pool. The residence is located in a privileged position, 500 meters from the center of Palau and the services it offers, a 20-minute ferry ride from the island of La Maddalena with the spectacular marine park and a 30-minute drive from the Costa Smeralda. The beach, just 150 meters away, overlooks the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano.

I got apt 10 and it is so cute and quaint. Close to everything - 15 mins or less walk. Check in is easy! The only thing, taxi is pricey. Lastly, try the Palau wines. The red house is delicious!

Nice residence
We spent 10 days in Palau Green Village. The residence is nice, the swimming pool is nice too. The personnel was here to help us whenever we needed. There was a cute garden with our appartment. The appartment was cool but there was a problem with the shower. The configuration of the shower is not good, when you shower, you put water everywhere on the floor of the bathroom. The residence is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Très bon séjour
Accueil parfait et souriant , même avec la barrière de la langue c'est pas toujours évident de se comprendre. Apparemment idéal dans un endroit très légèrement retiré de la ville au pied d'un parc avec parcours sportif . c'est parfait . Piscine agréable avec transats mais en avril l'eau est pas très chaude mais pour les enfants c'est top . L'Insonorisation ne nous a pas dérangé mais j'ai des doutes lors de grandes affluence . Nous retournons dans cet établissement avec grand plaisir .

Leider können wir den freundlichen Empfang nicht bestätigen! Von uns wurde ein Ausdruck der Buchungsbestätigung verlangt, den wir noch nie vorlegen mussten und uns dies auch nicht im Vorfeld mitgeteilt wurde! Dadurch wurde es eher patzig! Des Weiteren sollten wir Geld für Handtücher bezahlen, da diese nicht inklusive waren😳 und wir das auch so nicht aus der Anzeige entnehmen konnten! Die Küche der Wohnung war, verglichen mit anderen auf unserer Rundreise, sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet. Leider auch sehr hellhörig zur nachbar Wohnung. Es gab zwei Balkone.

Wieder ein traumhaft erholsamer Urlaub
Ich verbringe nun bereits das 4. Jahr in dieser AppartementAnlage. Dabei genieße ich nicht nur die erholsame Ruhe, sondern vor allem die super freundliche Bedienung durch das Personal. Vielen Dank. Auch das kleine Café lädt sehr zum Verweilen ein. Vielen Dank an die freundliche Bedienung. Auch im nächsten Jahr habe ich bereits geplant, meinen 4 wöchigen Jahresurlaub in dieser Anlage zu verbringen. Mein Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen Wolfgang

La struttura gode di un'ottima posizione e risulta molto gradevole nel complesso. Appare, però, assolutamente assurdo offrire agli ospiti la possibilità della wifi per sole 2 ore al giorno. Una struttura del genere non può commettere una tale leggerezza atteso che la disponibilità della wifi per un intera giornata non comporterebbe, per il gestore, alcun costo aggiuntivo. Appare ancora assurdo che, nei costi, la biancheria debba essere pagata a parte. Sono piccole cose che andrebbero migliorate al fine di evitare cadute di stile.

Guten Tag Ich komme seit ein paar Jahren hier her Super zu empfehlen Ich bin bin mindestens 3 Wochen hier Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich Es macht mir Spaß hier zu sein. Der Strand ist 150 m entfernt Ich genieße die Ruhe hier Super schön dass es jetzt ein kleines Café gibt. Ich kann einen Kaffee holen. Croissant Brötchen einfach super WLAN könnte besser sein. Ein super schöner Urlaub
Dieses Anlage ist sehr zu empfehlen Super nettes Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt durch den sehr freundlichen Gärtner. Ich freue mich darauf im nächsten Jahr zum 3. mal dort meinen 3 wöchigen Urlaub zu verbringen
