Beautiful and romantic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, 1 pull-out bed and Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. 100% conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Vue splendide, terrasse super agréable, pas de vis-à-vis, très calme. L'absence de micro-ondes peut être embêtant pour certains locataires. Remise des clés ultra-rapide à l'arrivée...peut-être trop: nous sommes arrivés au logement en même temps que l'équipe de ménage... il y a plus grave, mais cela montre quand même un dysfonctionnement de l'agence local. Sinon, c'était parfait!

Es wäre schön, eine Grundausstattung vorzufinden, damit nicht jeder Gast bei Null anfangen muss. Dazu gehören Spüli, Lappen, Geschirrhandtücher, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker... Die Fewo ist ausgezeichnet gelegen und auch gut eingerichtet, geschmackvoll eingepasst und aufeinander abgestimmt. Nur das Bett ist einfach zu hart.

Wunderbar gelegene Ferienwohnu...
Wunderbar gelegene Ferienwohnung. Schlicht, dennoch individuell, freundlich schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Genialer Blick auf das Meer. Super praktische Lösungen wie zum Beispiel der zusätzliche kleine private Innenhof mit zusätzlicher Aussendusche und Waschmaschine. Absolut ruhig gelegen. In der Nähe ist ein Minimarkt. Einkaufen, Bars und Restaurants sind im ca. 5km entfernten Ort Palau. Sehr hilfsbereite Immobilienverwaltung mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge. Alles super sauber, nur die wackelnde WC Brille konnte nicht während des Aufenthalt getauscht werden. Unser Fazit, sehr empfehlenswert. Reisetipps: Überall in der Region sind wunderschöne Strände mit reichlich Parkplätzen. Unser Favorit ist der Stand bei Porto Pollo. Ein Auto ist allerdings dringend notwendig. Wichtig ist eine kritische Auswahl der Fährgesellschaft. Sardinia ferries ist aufgrund fehlenden Sitz Möglichkeiten an Deck, der mangelnden Hygiene und des Mangels an Englisch sprechendem Personal nicht zu empfehlen.

Meraviglioso panorama, ma pulizia pessima..
La casa è accogliente e spaziosa e gode di una veranda con vista mozzafiato. Nonostante la vicinanza dagli altri alloggi si gode di un ottimo isolamento visivo. La cucina è a gas e gli utensili in dotazione sono completi. L'accesso dal parcheggio (non coperto) prevede un grazioso, ma faticoso, sentiero di pietra in mezzo al verde. La veranda posteriore è attrezzata con una lavatrice e una comodissima doccia esterna (senza acqua calda). Purtroppo la gestione non è all'altezza del prezzo: la casa

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Re...
Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Realität entspricht genau den Bildern. Es handelt sich um einen von mehreren Reihenbungalows in einer größeren Anlage. Ende Mai waren wir die einzigen Gäste und es war wunderbar ruhig. Die Schlüsselverwaltung vor Ort ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Kleinigkeiten wurden umgehend erledigt. Für Kaffee gibt es eine Melitta Kaffeemaschine für die Filter mitgebracht werden sollten. Ausserdem ist es nicht verkehrt für die Urlaubszeit eine entsprechende Anzahl an Tabs für die Spülmaschine mitzunehmen. Freies WLan gibt es 300 m unterhalb der Unterkunft im kleinen Hafen oder im Ortszentrum von Porto Rafael. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und würden sofort wieder hin fahren. Reisetipps: Wir fanden den Strand in Porto Pollo (ca. 10Minuten mit dem Auto) sehr schön. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch frischer Fisch und selbstgemachte Teigwaren, sowie Wein) bietet der Dettori Market am Kreisverkehr Richtung Olbia. Dieser ist auch Sonntags geöffnet. Ein kleinerer Markt in Porto Rafael bietet zu etwas höheren Preisen ein gutes Grundangebot.

Appartement in sehr schöner La...
Appartement in sehr schöner Lage mit spektakulärem Meerblick. Gut aus gestatttete Wohnung, allerdings ist die Küche mit Töpfen , Schüsseln etc. eher Italienisch spartanisch ausgestattet. Ansonsten war jedoch alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit . Allein im Schlafzimmer hätten wir uns neben den Betten 2 Nachttischlampen gewünscht. Um diese Jahreszeit waren wir in der Anlage die einzigen Gäste und der kleine Alementari in der Nähe war bereits zu. Hat uns jedoch nicht gestört.Die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unproblematisch und wir fühlten uns von "..." sehr gut betreut. Bei kleineren Problemen wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Englisch ist von Vorteil, noch besser etwas Italienisch. Also alles tutto bene Reisetipps: Wunderbare Gegend mir herrlichen Stränden. Ein Muss ist auf alle Fälle das Maddalena Archipel , sowie Capo Testament. Santa Teresa di Gallura .....Jedenfalls immer wieder gerne
