The house also includes a small, open kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer.

The vacation rental comes with a shower, bidet, and toilet. It has a terrace of 30 square meters, partly roofed, furnished with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and two deck chairs.
