Posizionato ai piedi della Roccia dell’Orso, abbracciato dal Golfo delle Saline, il centro Residenziale di Porto Mannu costruito alla fine degli anni ‘80 regala da sempre ai suoi clienti vacanze rilassanti e indimenticabili.

Si caratterizza per la sua riservatezza, in quanto si trova nella Baia di Vena Longa, per la sua posizione, grazie alla vicinanza con il centro abitato di Palau e per la possibilità di raggiungere direttamente paesi limitrofi e spiagge vicine, come quella della Costa Smeralda, senza dover passare dall’interno del paese.

Gli appartamenti che costituiscono il centro di Porto Mannu si caratterizzano per la loro vista mare eccezionale e per la vicinanza con la spiaggia, gli stessi infatti variano, in base all’ubicazione, di una distanza dai 100mt. agli 800mt. circa dal mare.

La spiaggia che caratterizza l’intera Baia è quella di Vena Longa, famosa per la sua sabbia sottile e dorata, per la sua acqua cristallina e per la sua posizione strategica riparata da tutti i venti, che rende possibile viverla anche nei giorni di forte maestrale.

È l’angolo di paradiso adatto a chi vuole trascorrere delle rilassanti vacanze lontani dalla confusione, dai rumori e dal traffico della città.

The residential complex Porto Mannu is located right underneath of the Bear Rock, right on the Golfo delle Saline, was built at the end of the eighties and since then guests have spent here unforgettable holidays.

Stands out for privacy, the position right by the Bay of Venalonga is very discreet, on the other end is close to the town of Palau. Very close to all the marvellous beaches in the North East and Costa Smeralda.

All the apartments in the complex have exceptional view and the distance from the shore varies, according to the section between 100 and 800m.

The local beach in the Bay of Vena Longa is well known for its fine golden sand and the crystal clear waters, whats more is protected by dominant winds, very enjoyable even on windy day.

This is a small paradise, ideal for relaxing holidays away from crowds, noises and the city traffic. Perfectly suitable for families or groups of friends willing to enjoy the sea without moving around.

In Porto Mannu most services are present: restaurant, bar, rib boats rental, diving center….

A form of transport is needed to get to Palau where all the other facilities are, supermarkets, groceries, pharmacy ect…
Beautiful two-room apartment located in the residential center of Porto Mannu, inserted in the green of the Mediterranean scrub and the enchanting flowering bougainvillea, which adorn the wonderful and large outdoor patio.
The house is equipped with all comforts, it is accessed from a well-kept private garden, which leads to the large outdoor patio with table and lounge, suitable for spending enchanting evenings in the moonlight and admiring the wonderful sea of ​​the enchanting Bay of Porto Mannu.
The living area consists of a living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchenette with peninsula and a small corridor, equipped with a wardrobe which leads to the main bathroom.
