"The property is excellent. Has gorgeous mountain views from the rooftop pool, gym and the restaurant. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a great spread and delicious. There is not many activities to do around but then that is true for most of the places in Kerala. "As I was travelling with my wife, I've booked a room with Queen size bed. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me a room with seperate beds... With me asking for a room change he agreed for joining the beds in exisiting room. I asked for changing the linen and pillow covers, to which the hotel boy claimed that there are no more linens at the hotel. Then I asked for a room change, to which they agreed and gave me a room which was dusty enough to give me an allergy trigger. I've stayed in this...
