"Great stay in Catania here for a little winter sun. Staff were amazingly helpful, upgraded our room for free suggested nearby towns to visit. The breakfast everday was exceptional and there were no shortage of option's. The room was spacious and well maintained throughout our stay. The gym was functional (though perhaps the treadmill could do with a service)... the hotel is close to central Catania so makes the perfect base to visit the city. Would definitely stay here again and reccomend."

Contacted via WhatsApp. When I arrived, I called the number from WhatsApp, and the door buzzed open remotely. Made my way to the lift, went to the third floor, turned right, the hallway door was unlocked, found my room#3, with the key in the door. Once inside, a note awaited me on the desk, along with a bathroom key, a breakfast voucher at a nearby cafe, and a tourist map. A follow up...
