"It was a lovely experience staying at this hotel. All the staff we encountered are so helpful and professional and what's more, it's prompt service with a smile. The room has all the functional amenities and is spotlessly clean. It was nice that we could have our own temperature control with the AC. The breakfast room was tastefully decorated. "The Best Western in Massafra is a beautiful facility as it has only been open for a few months and everything is well cared for and gorgeous. I spent several hours working in the lobby area and found a nice little place to call home to get some serious work done.It also helped that there was a cappuccino bar with yummy pastries, and in the evening a bar for your first drink. The staff are amazing, courteous, and kind, and very attentive to your needs. From the moment you set foot into the hotel to the time you leave you feel as though you’re at home.. "
