"From start (check-in) to finish (check-out) the staff members are very professional not to mention their ability to communicate in English. Security was paramount. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was, being in Thailand, not having hot sauces or Thai hot chili powders available during the afternoon club snack hour or during the breakfast hour .
