"House was in excellent condition and well furnished and stocked. On a quiet cul de sac the property overlooks a beautiful bay you can enjoy while sipping your morning coffe on the screened porch. For just the 2 of us the upper floor, was cozy and comfortable. Lots of room for larger families too. Communication with property hosts was excellent. Wi-Fi and TVs were great. We would not hesitate to return again."

"This is a beautiful location. The only negative was at night you could hear the interstate, but it was not enough to keep us awake. The inside of the property is wonderful, immaculately clean, very well stocked and equipped. It feels very isolated, but is in fact, very convenient to western Knoxville and Farragut. Can't wait to return!"

"Great house for a friend's weekend. Was clean and description online was accurate. The TV setup was a bit complicated and difficult to get going but we eventually figured it out to watch the UT game. The house felt more like a home than a vacation rental which has pluses and minuses. Host was very friendly and responsive."

"Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything went effortlessly and owner was great to work with. She responded to any question very quickly. The views are unbelievable, and the house was very clean. Location is perfect. There are plenty of things to do with in one hour drive or just stay back and enjoy the views and swim in the water. We would rent this house again if we return to the area. "

"We loved our stay at the Modern Farmhouse near Windrock. We were only there for a few days for a wedding, the home is beautifully decorated and very clean. There is another review that says it is like Harry Potter's tent inside, much bigger than it looks and this is so true! I could not believe the space inside. Much more than we expected. We communicated with the homeowner and he promptly answered all of our questions. If we are ever in the area again I would gladly stay here."
